Check-in with Jessy was good, but we suspect she took something from one of our grocery bags as we stored our luggage behind the counter. Pool area not as advertised, pretty gross. Black mold in the room, very loud in the hallway, no working elevator to carry luggage upstairs, wifi was terrible. We were also double charged,once when we booked through Expedia and then again at the hotel. Tondoroque was lovely to explore, but we would not stay at the hotel again.

The staff and room were excellent! Some English TV channels would have been great. The biggest negative was the massive construction going on below our room that I could hear during the night and early morning.

Bien, pero el desayuno es muy escueto y debes ir temprano , porque si se acaba no alcanzas , solo te dicen ya no hay , La alberca muy fría , los empleados muy amables pero no cuentan con lo necesario para ayudar a ser una estancia y vacaciones buenas.

Habitaciones muy amplias, muy limpios, el balcon no tiene muebles y realmente la vista es hacía un terreno baldio por lo que no tiene ningún valor agregado, quizas si tuviera una hamaca, pero no.
La recepción es sencilla pero te dan buenos tips para viajar y consultar.
Tiene alberca pequeñas pero realmente no la usas, no esta cerca del mar, es importante que tomes en cuenta eso y tampoco esta cerca de bares esta a pie de carretera.
