Es un hotel excelente. La habitación es muy espaciosa y bonita, todo estaba muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario, y todo es muy cómodo. El staff es muy amable. Volvería a hospedarme 100%. Sí es importante tener en cuenta que las habitaciones no están realmente aisladas, entonces se escucha cuando otros inquilinos abren y cierran puertas, y la bulla de las fiestas en los alrededores. Pero si eso no es molestia, es el lugar perfecto.

I loved it- and the co-working space was a bonus and differentiator vs other places to stay, this will be my go-to place when I’m in CDMX!

The rooms do not have any air conditioning, and if you're staying in Mexico City when it's going to be hot, this is definitely NOT the place to stay as it will be too hot to get a good night's sleep without any proper air circulation (even with window and balcony door open). Also while there, we were locked out of our room for about an hour while they had to change the battery on the door lock. I will say all the front desk people were all very friendly and helpful, and if the room temperature was not so uncomfortable, this would have received a much higher review as the location was great and the people were friendly.

Great place to stay at, staff is nice and will get you the answers you need. Kitchen already included pans and pots for cooking. I would stay here again

Visited this hotel many times before and it has been great. The pillows on the bed weren't as comfortable as previous stays.

Check in was a total mess, they had us change rooms 3 times before "upgrading" us to a suite. The room was cleaned only 1 time despite us staying 6 nights... it also was unbelievable how noisy it was at night. Will not be going back and would not recomend it.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff went above and beyond for me. The restaurant they work with is good too to get a good meal in. Besides just needing a fan in the room, I still had good rest and woke up feeling refreshed.

Everything was good , just a parking space, the hotel doesn't have a private space for Parking, so i had to park on the sreeet, so of course i little concern about my car sence the hotel is not responsible for damages or theft, besides that like a said Everything was great..

The overall experience was disappointing. To begin with, there was no hot water for several days. Even though it was hot and humid in Mexico City, a hot shower should have been a basic expectation. The power outage made things worse by shutting down the elevator. Being stuck on the 5th floor, combined with the city’s altitude, was far from pleasant. The room lacked A/C, forcing us to sleep with the sliding door open. Unfortunately, people were smoking on the terrace and stomping above us until 1 a.m., which aggravated my allergies. We reported all of this to the staff, but nothing was done to address the issues.

Staff was good very helpful, doesn’t get cleaned daily, no air conditioning only fan but over all great stay and good area to stay at..

Our rooms were not very clean, and we had no extra pillows, blankets, or toilet paper.
