Bad experience with the hotel management came out to the parking lot and told me that I owe more money because I had 2 small dogs. I told him that I paid thru Expedia.com and it said that your hotel was pet friendly and he said yes we are pet friendly but for extra cash! Also the toilet didn’t work well. I won’t stay there again.

The room was a lot better than the photos, they gave us one of the first floor rooms and it was nicely cold, having in mind we came in on summer, the AC at the room work well, close to the main avenue and very close from everywhere, They never reply on the WhatsApp of the cafe at the lobby, but meh. Totally recommended, the pool was good and the jacuzzi was heated.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable.

Not family friendly. Our room had several issue—shower curtain rod did not stay up, the sofa had gross pee stains (I had to ask for blankets because it was not furnished), the bathroom shutters did not close completely and they lead to an abandoned alley way. Our room also shared a wall with the local cantina, so there was LOUD music until almost 2am. The room itself was clean and beds were fine. Not a good experience. Would NOT recommend.

I was very surprised to see the place clean and with everything we needed.

The shower head was broken and they didn’t fix it the window has mold and room had a moldy smelling and other room did not had a control for tv

When we arrived they did not have our room ready,we had to wait 30-40m. And we didn’t have toilet paper we had to remind them.

Rooms are nice and clean, beds are really comfortable. The staff was also great always ready for anything we needed help with. We got to ride the bikes to the malecon( they need some work, but still ridable). Hotel is close to restaurants, casino, and malecones.

Prices are affordable, but windows are old and thin. you can hear a bar so late at night!

As I informed the desk clerk. I called the front desk because I wasn’t getting hot water she said it took a while. 20 minutes later the water was still freezing . Ans I told her at checkout that I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay there again because of the lack of hot water

I found this rental based on location, being pet friendly, and other reviews. I was, however, surprised at how much paperwork was required, once I had paid. The room itself has enough space for a couple, and appeared to be clean. The bedroom is separate from the living space and there are two tvs. The rental fee was a decent price. There is a pet fee, which was expected. The kitchen had what we needed for a two night stay. The staff was always friendly. We were disappointed with several things. There was dog poop and trash everywhere on the property. Many times when we went in or out of the building, someone was wanting us to let them inside. Or, people were smoking right outside the entry. We didnt let them in and were rewarded with choice words. It appears that homeless like to hangout in the area. It was very noticeable that someone had previously vaped in the room. We are nonsmokers and were very sensitive to the smell. The sleeper sofa needs to be replaced. It was constantly pushing up when sitting, makeing you slide forward. My take-away on this situation is, that reviews can be misleading. Maybe it is the time of year. Maybe there is short staffing issues for the grounds maintenance and outside security? I so wanted to give this place an excellent review, especially after reading other reviews. We are traveling long term and wanted a break from a basic hotel room. However, my husband and I were disappointed because of the listed issues.
