Casa Lotería -Pueblito Sayulita- Colorful, Family and Relax Experience with Private Parking and Pool

We had an amazing stay at Casa Loteria. The facilities were so welcoming and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to make sure any small issues we had were resolved. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant - especially the guacamole. I would recommend a stay here to anyone who is looking for a convenient, clean, comfortable home-away from home. Muchas gracias!

I likeit was close to the beach I didn’t like no hot water in one of my bathrooms. Beds are super hard couldn’t get a goodnight sleep.

This hotel is definitely geared for families. It is a prime location just 1.5 blocks to the beach and a couple blocks to the center of town.

Perfect location, the hotel was modern, clean, very spacious. Our room had a full kitchen and easy access to the pool. The hotel lost power for about 45 minutes and we also didn't have water for over an hour. Honestly i would stay there again

Nice place for a family stay

The location was so central. It was nice to be down the street from the beach. And able to walk everywhere

I liked that the prop was close to everything there. I didn't like the first couple of days because the toilet didn't work, our kitchen drains didn't drain, there was very little hot water in the showers and there was very little water pressure coming from the shower heads.

Check in was a strict 3 pm not even 5 minutrs early which meant that everyone was waiting in line as there was only one person to check in everyone. Wifi is bad continually disconnected. Very load from kids in the pool.

Loved the tranquility and the sound of birds in the courtyard. The pool and pool bar/restaurant were perfect! The kitchens in the rooms could use an upgrade and drying racks for swimsuits would be appreciated in each room.

Air conditioner worked excellent! However, showers do not have hot water!! Stayed here a few times right for the price and location. Rooms could use some updating especially the bathrooms.

It was a beautiful property to stay in. Great rooms, staff, restraunt, Pool, hot tub close to beach and downtown

Hotel was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Sayulita is an amazing town with lots todo.

The room was great. The only problem was the parking because we went during fair season and we couldn’t drive by.

Exceeded expectations! Just wish the water in the jacuzzi was warmer!

Casa Loteria has several things going for it! We loved the pool, especially the kids pool. The breakfasts were wonderful and the staff, in general, were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The location is great as you're close to everything. Free yoga class was wonderful on the rooftop. However, I cannot recommend this hotel and the next time I go to Sayulita, I will be staying elsewhere. From the moment we arrived, we had problems. There were blood stained sheets on one of the beds, our safes were closed and not operable for a night until they had to be opened, and the A/C could not turn off for two nights due to terrible remotes and batteries. It was freezing in our place. The next morning after we arrived when we wanted to go to another town, our car was blocked in for about an hour as they searched for the driver of the truck blocking us. To top all of this off, when we shared all of these grievances with the manager THREE TIMES, he did nothing for us. He had said he was working on it as they normally don't give any compensation, but he never followed through. It's really too bad, as the staff is wonderful, the place is beautiful, but the management is terrible. These were all issues that were simple and should have never been problems that we had to deal with on our vacation. I've never stayed in a hotel like this where the management wouldn't make up for their mistakes with the customer.

Very nice place. Just 1.5 block walk to the beach. Pretty noisy here during Sayulita days. Pool is kinda small and cold.

We had no hot water during our stay. The staff tried to help with late checkout and free breakfast however. Lovely pool, excellent location to be able to walk everywhere. Would have liked bedside reading lamps. Comfortable and pleasant.

Close to the Plaza, beach, restaurants and being enclosed around the pool area.
