There was a confusion while entering the property, another guest was entering the main door in the house and he kept the door open for us so we could walk in, we thought there was a lobby or someone right inside to do the check in process, we wait for several minutes and we didn’t see anyone, we didn’t have data so we couldn’t contact the host, my sister waited inside in a small living room, and I went outside to see if we were at the wrong area, to re enter the property I ringed the bell, that’s when the lady in charge realized we were there, she was SO RUDE and MEAN to my sister asking why she was there, we understand our mistake but she needs to learn manners, she apologized after all but we didn’t feel comfortable at all, I would never ever consider staying there again.

La persona Maricarmen, con pésima actitud y servicio. Había realizado el pago con 8 días de anticipación y cuando llegamos no lo tenía registrado, y lejos de revisar, actuó hostilmente asegurando que faltaba el pago y que sólo estaba registrada la reserva para 2 personas, cuando en realidad estaba para 8.

Precio justo de acuerdo a lo que se ofrece, sin embargo en su publicacion OFRECEN BAÑO PRIVADO EN TODAS LAS OPCIONES de habItacion y NO ES ASI, en la mas economica que reserve se da con baño compartido lo cual resulta bastante incomodo.
Ademas NO HUBO AGUA CALIENTE para bañarse. Otros huepedes dejan en el baño sus articulos de aseo.
Importante considerar que aparenta estar cerca de zona comercial, sin embargo se requiere coche para trasladarse.
Se ofrece, si se solicita servicio de desayuno con costo extra razonable. Lo solicite y no se presento nadie a prepararlo

En el anuncio dicen que las habitaciones tienen BAÑO PRIVADO y NO LO TIENEN, SOLO COMPARTIDO! Al hacerle esa observación a los anfitriones, reaccionaron muy agresivamente, incluso amenazaron con llamar a la policía para que me sacara de la casa. Estoy esperando la devolución de mi pago. Pésima actitud de un Jorge Selmen que se supone es el dueño y que pretendió amedrentarme con sacarme violentamente. UN ENGAÑO ABSOLUTO, DESHONESTOS!
