CHN Hotel Monterrey Aeropuerto, Trademark by Wyndham

The towel is yellow , kind of terrible. And NO internet even CHN mentioned that they have free WiFi.

Bad experience! Upon arrival at Monterrey airport I called for shuttle service. Receptionist was helpful/nice and shuttle arrived within 7min. Check in with him was good also. This was about 8:30pm. I then tried to order room service and kept getting hung up on. I called reception and was advised the restaurant was very busy and that’s why they “wouldn’t answer” well gave up on that. Stayed in room 317 and all night the doors were making noise! Next morning paid $180pesos for breakfast but waiter ignored me thru out my breakfast until it was closing time. He said “he was about to pick up in case I was going to grab anything else” then as I walked out he stoped me asking for my information and charging me. I stated I already paid and he said “who”?? With an attitude. I said I am not sure the person who was here. He said nothing and walked away. I was like you need anything from me ? Is that it? He said no. I said you could have let me know! As, I walked away I heard him screaming asking if I had paid 😭Then my room key didn’t work. I went to reception and that person was also very short and at first wouldn’t even look at me. Started to feel like I was being ignored. Never stayed at this place never will again! Do yourself a favor and stay at places where customer service is a must for management! Definitely NOT here!

Great experience

The free airport shuttle was the main reason we stayed here. Finding the shuttle at the airport was kind of tricky since we were told it was a white van and there was a bunch of white vans picking up passengers and weren’t really told exactly where they picked up passengers. We missed the shuttle and had to wait about 30 minutes for the shuttle to return. Once on the shuttle, it was a short trip to the hotel. The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. They had a late night buffet which was a plus. We also had an early flight the next morning so we used their shuttle service. The shuttle was on time and we arrived with plenty of time for our flight.

I did not like the air conditioning or the bathroom

Exactly what to expect from a Goud quality hotel. Though there was a hot water issue in the evening.

It was not VIP- when we arrived there was no direction of where our room was located. The front desk was too busy in their own conversation that we were not truly acknowledged! We had to find our own way around & room service was terrible also I wound not recommend this hotel to anyone

Transportation issues from the terminal C to the Hotel, 45 minutes waiting, all the hotels arrived earlier that this hotel.

Staff was great and friendly There was mold in the bathroom and the shower drain was clogged due to hair, junk in the drain

Below Expectations; Expensive for what you get; Apparent this is an Old Hotel which they are remodeling; Room smelled dirty; Bedding low quality, No mattress cover, just a thin flat sheet over mattress. Restaurant Food okay but service poor; check-in poor service.

Good and clean

Upon check-in, they noticed I was using a cane. So they put me in a room close to the elevator. It was much appreciated. Just a note, this is one of the hotels where you need to put your key card in a slot by the door in order to activate the lights and air conditioning

We mainly stayed there because they offered shuttle service to airport. I was traveling with my 90 year old mom. When we checked in, I asked about transportation to the airport. They had a reservation list by departure time. We were the first ones they listed for 9 a.m. When the shuttle arrived at 9:10 a.m. There was a lot of guests that immediately filled the van. I was struggling with mom. The driver said there was no more room. I went to the desk and the person there told me there was no way to verify who got in the shuttle van and there was nothing they could do.

You can walk to a nice Italian restaurant and a Tim Hortons as well

In general I liked everything. They helped with transportation to the airport. It was a nice experience.

They say, they have an airport shuttle but if you want it you will have to wait 2.5 hrs, thera are aloto of much better hotels around there
