Upgraded my reservation and did not honor the promotions which had been promised by the hotel and golf!

Staff is wonderful polite and helpful. Accommodations perfect clean and fashionable, comfortable everything refilled daily. Food choices beyond wonderful and chef choices at all restaurants. PoolArea a littleNoisy loud music, decided to go to adult pool music was not as loud .

Poor food quality only 1 restaurant have good food rhe rest are flavorless, Activities terreble they are not prepared for it, they have a time chart for Activities and the people in charge not even showed up, Bad location there is nothing around there the closet store or town is about 15 minutes in taxy and the taxy it has to be from the hotel the minimum charge is 25 dollars, There is not a safe access to the beach there is always red flag because is a open ocean, Also the prices for pharmacy,/ store are extremely high 300% more thatn any other store near there i dont recommend any one to go

We enjoyed our stay here. The food was delicious. The staff went above and beyond. Yes its far from everything, but when you're wanting a vacation away from the busy home life it's perfect. We will definitely be back.

Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Preferred club was worth it for my wife and I. From the bell boys to maids to servers, service was remarkable. Abel and Fernando were our main pool servers at the preferred club pool and they were awesome. Highly recommend the hotel.

My room was lovely. Sometimes we had a difficulty of getting into the restaurants because they didn’t take reservations. Therefore, you had to wait in line which can be kind of inconvenience. If you have little ones the main struggle that we had in the property was around the pool because many of the lawn chairs were taken at 6 AM and there was nowhere to sit. This was a problem and extra stress that could’ve been resolved if there was a better policy in place overall the food was great most of the time we ate in the restaurants we did not eat at the buffet often only for breakfast. I do recommend the preferred lounge. The drinks in there were lovely And the bartender was amazing. There is not a lot of entertainment at night so if you’re looking for a quieter hotel, this might be the hotel for you. Otherwise we found that there were not a lot of shows or entertainment or options of things to do in the evening. The location is close to the airport but quite far away from town so you do have to take a taxi to go to town And they can organize that for you if you enjoy golfing the golf course was highly recommended by many people and very well kept there is the turtle sanctuary which is beside the hotel and to visit it. It’s by donation only and that is something need for the kids to see The ocean is quite rough so you cannot swim in the ocean unless you’re an incredibly amazing swimmer as when we were there, the flags were always up encouraging us to avoid swimming in the ocean.

Clean facility with hard working staff to make your experience the best it can be. Lots of dolphins in the ocean in this area visible from the beach.

Dara, at reception was great for check-in, check-out and also getting change from larger bills. Luis around the pool was very attentive. All the staff was helpful and great to deal with honestly, I just can't remember all of their names!

The staff were incredible! So kind and helpful. The food was amazing - lots of choices for restaurants. The rooms are beautiful and every one overlooks the ocean. My family loved this resort. The only thing lacking was the nightly entertainment and they needed more chairs around the pool.
