Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort - All Inclusive

The property was clean and the staff were great. We wanted to see more food selection at the buffet and the restaurants.

The property was ok, but was expecting more for the amount we spent

This property is a bit pricey compared to other all-inclusives, so we had expected much more. To sum up, food was generally good, but not fabulous all around. We probably had 1 great sandwich and that was it. Drinks were better than the food. Service was very good mostly with the exception of the supervisor during our check-in. He was not patient at all in hearing our concern about the amount due. However, the actual reception rep helping us was very patient and very helpful. The spa steam/sauna area was fine. Lazy river was adequate, nice and quiet because it's hidden away. The bali beds are poorly placed in the Preferred Area laid out in the back of the beach loungers behind the dune, on top of each other, so privacy really. Overall, this is a beautiful property to relax, but again overpriced for just that purpose. Staying here for a wedding was convenient, which what I guess we paid for.

Nice property. Lots to do. Pretty good dining options. Great friendly staff. Some parts of building can be touched up but overall nice rooms & resort.

Hospitality was 10 plus

The property is clean and nice maintain, the manager at the lazy river bar was not nice, refused to give a coconut drink to one of my grandchild. We spent $45000 for family of three(10 people), she said one coconut drink per family and gave only one. It was humiliated. The rest of the staff was polite and respectful.

It was very loud partying late at night especially after New Year’s Eve til 3 am. I couldn’t sleep at all. If it is adult only resort , then I get it. But this is so called family friendly resort. Most of the activities are quite far from the resort. I am going to try other resort next time

Property has a great layout and lots of pools. It has a good set up for couples and families. The resort needs to put some attention to the pools and conditions of the pools. There are many spots where the pools need repair or repairs are failing and create areas where you can get cut. Tiles are loose and one night a lady tripped and fell to her face as a result. The food was quite good and the drinks were also made well. The preferred aspect gave us access to the sit down breakfast which was worth it. The lazy river was gross so dont get the upgrade for that alone. Overall a great time but room for improvement.

All inclusive resort was great to stay with small kids as well as all family members , had lots of activities which we could enjoy , only restaurants food is good such as Maris , Fusion and not all

It’s was ok experience

Just returned from a 6 day stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres, and would highly recommend to everyone. Staff was very attentive, food in the specialty restaurants was outstanding, our room was large and always kept clean by housekeeping. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Food was good, but nothing outstanding. Found the sales pitch for the vacation club a little overbearing. Spa was wonderful, both my teens enjoyed their first massage experiences. Staff was super friendly, property was very clean. Our family felt extremely safe at all times. Kids had a great time exploring the property.
