Decepcionado de mi visita, tengo años visitando el hotel y está veze encontré con una habitación sucia con cucarachas, muros muy sucios, mi vista al mar con vidrios con poca visibilidad por lo sucio, la ventana no cerraba bien por lo que se escuchaba mucho ruido, comida bajo de calidad, poca variedad

What I liked about the property was the different room locations . I liked the “Noche Mexicana” event. It was fun. The pool water on the kids side was really cloudy and had a lot of debris. Yes, it rained the days before but staff could have cleaned up the water with nets before pool opened up. The food was okay . Breakfast was poor , almost the same every morning. The burgers that were given at the buffet is the best burger I have had in my life. Not even In-N-Out compares. That says a lot. I saw more than one baby roach in my room. I think the hotel should take care of that ASAP . I’m glad it wasn’t the mom roach that flies . Anyway, overall it’s a nice hotel . Wish the pools were deeper. I’m 5’10” and in the kids side the deepest went to my belly button and on the other side, up to my ribs, so not a big difference in depth. The staff is amazing. Extremely attentive and nice.

The staff aim to please, food was good quality & variety, grounds & pool were kept up top notch. The Fiesta night was the icing on the cake.

No me dieron la habitación por la que pague extra, se salia el agua de la regadera y la comida esta terrible. No lo recomiendo y menos por el precio súper alto para lo mal que esta.

we scam by one of the tours sales person , we got offer a lot of things for expense price, nothing was done but the transporting from Zihuatanejo to Ixtapa island for $5500.00 pesos for 6 people, then we found out if you go to Zihuatanejo the price per person its only $100.00 pesos per person

This place was overcrowded, had to line up for very poor food selection. The pool was dirty and overcrowded as well. The room was very nice and clean.AC worked, Not an ideal place for foreigners

Excelente muchos bonitos recuerdos en ese hotel aunque antes era más excelente. Había demasiada gente sobrepasados los restaurantes.

This is a nice family oriented all inclusive, offering a budget minded price for the cost conscious. Our room had a nice ocean view that house keeping looked after everyday. The pool is large and the property borders the beautiful sandy beach. Food is average, but dinner was varied every evening we stayed. Al a carte meal was standard 3 choice entree. Both our choices were over cooked, but the staff were attentive. If youre lucky enough to get a festival night, you're in a for a delightful night of food and entertainment. A/C in the room did not keep up to the heat, so we were often to hot. Our room had a musty smell and despite housekeeping using deodarizers, the smell remained. Front desk was responsive to our concerns, but did not follow up, so I give them a C-. Staff are friendly, the grounds are pretty and the property is next to local amenities. Zihuatanejo is $160 peso ride in a cab, or the bus is 38. The bar is open until midnight and is active with loud party music. As a senior, I didn't appreciate the noise, but anyone younger would enjoy. The pool has a kids area then transitions to more young adult and party section. The far end is not connected and caters more to quiet, family side. The beach is beautiful and clean, well kept, plenty of early walkers. It boasts a beautiful sunset. Hope this helps

It was a nice property. Staff was very helpful. A bit overcrowded and there was not much control at the pools . People had speakers on full blast and even through there are signs not to save spots, people would leave things on the pool chairs and leave for the day.

It would be nice if there was more than one specialty dining restaurant. It’s a great family resort but not so good for people travelling as couples.

Lovely place, would go back!
