I like the city my wife likes puerto progresso for the beach so we have both beach and city .been come here since 2014 off and on and always come back to hotel Ambassador for its the best hotel in town. J&M

we love it so much that we are returning in january. the maid service was excelent. the food was awesome. front desk was very helpfull. Great location walking distance to everything was great. JGM&MSE.

Horrible service, we called to ask for rooms available they said to book online. Once we arrived the front ladies and supervisor did not greets us, did not ask for reservation info, didn’t even look at us to help. Said they were busy and they would help us in a minute. Minutes passed by and no one gave us service. We asked multiple times if they could check for the rooms and they can’t do anything on the computer, you have to do everything online.

Cleaning and maintenance crew are great and friendly. Front am staff especially the younger girl didn’t make my check in feel welcomed! Not very friendly or engaging! Rooms are terribly outdated but you pay for what you get! Pruebe was no form of floor shower towel when getting out of the shower.
