El hotel es bastante limpio, la ubicacion es buena y el desayuno esta muy bien servido, creo que el precio es bastante bueno por todo lo que se ofrece y si me volveria a hospedar aqui. el unico problema fue que el wifi no llegaba a nuestra habitacion pero fuera de eso todo increible.

Excellent Location

Front Desk was rude at times. I was not allowed guests after midnight. I've never been to a hotel where guests were not allowed, especially when there were parties in other rooms next to mine. I was told I'd be charged if I had company after midnight. Breakfast was ok, but hard to find. If your visiting for the first time you probably want to eat at your hotel and not walk around tulum looking for another hotel that you are supposed to have your breakfast at. Room and location is nice, that's about it but there are far better options. I would not recommend this hotel if you're a tourist.

Great Location, Price, Amenities, staff, room! Gladly surprised! I even stayed longer then the planned.

The hotel was nice and clean Staff very friendly Only the problem was sound coming from corridors and other rooms was so loud .

The young lady at the front desk was amazing. The linen should be changed. Breakfast was OK.

Esta en frente de un super mercado, las habitaciones son súper comoda y esta súper bonito el hotel.

The attitude of the two girls at the reception of this hotel extremely disappointed me. When I arrived I wanted to go to the bathroom and they sent me to the 3rd floor and the elevator didn't even work. To finally open a WC available a few steps away in reception. Also, on the second day I had a problem with one of their very used bikes…..And they tried to make it look like it was me who broke the bike….I noticed an attitude negative towards them, instead of trying to solve the problem. They practically accused me that I was the one who broke the bike! the room is old and there were women's black hairs on the floor… the TV doesn't work well… A nightmare! avoid!!!

Some areas of The hotel are still in under construction and the streets around are the same and there is no parking lot you have to park on the street

Broken bathroom tap, construction on the hotel side makes a terrible noise. Full of mold throughout the hotel and inside the rooms there are some areas with mold. The location is great for anyone interested in going to the cenotes. Tulum does not have public beaches so if you want to go to the beach it is better to choose a hotel by the sea.

I stayed in Hotel Blanco Tulum for my bithday and I had an amazing time!! Hotel was clean, the room had AC and was right the way I wanted it. The staff was really nice and accomodating. They made a very nice surprise for me on my day and they added a very personal touch. The bartender, Lucas, made very good drinks ant the pool was very relaxing. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe and it's a very important aspect of my trip. I struggled a little with communicating with the staff since I am not fluent in spanish.

Locación buena, sin embargo tomar MUY en cuenta que el hotel está junto a un bar/restaurante y todas las noches son super ruidosas. Frente al local hay un supermercado y varios lugares de comida para visitar. Es necesario rentar ATV, scooter o auto para conocer las zonas.

The staff was so nice! they made my stay enjoyable. I traveled with the worst people to tulum and the staff here made me feel so welcome. The food was so good too and the drinks had me not caring how much I was getting burned in the rooftop pool hahaha. Only thing is I wish the pool closed later. I felt so safe here and the security guard was also so nice! I’ll be back!

This stay was really disappointing, for the location, cleanliness, and staff. First, the pictures (especially those of the pool area), make you think of a much wider and peaceful place than it actually is. Secondly, the bed sheets in the room had stains, the towel I was given for the swimming pool also had stain, and the towels in the room had stains as well! Moreover, only one of the three girls I spoke to at the reception could speak a decent English. One of them, in the morning, seemed like she still had to fully get up: I told her that I would like to get and pay for breakfast, and she took 1/2 minutes without saying anything nor looking at me, to then show me on her phone a Google translation saying "Breakfast is not included in your stay", and I had to improvise Spanish to let her understand I was willing to pay to add it. Last but not least, I knew my checkout was at 12pm. Since no one knocked at my door, I was still in the room at 12:15, obviously ready to leave. I got a reminder call from reception, and I went there immediately to check out. There, the girl, (in Spanish!) informed me that I would have had to pay 200 pesos for a late check out, which of course I did not accepted and she then said it was fine. Overall the stay was disappointing and the staff I met unprepared.

Muy limpio excelente servicio a la entrada de Tulum frente a supermercado no tiene estacionamiento, acogedora pequeña área de alberca en el techo

Near where I wanted to be, elevator not working, pool not that clean, hear shooting outside and hotel recommend to stay in hotel that day, didn’t feel safe

Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were cute, bed was really firm tho.
