Hotel castillon

Very nice, centric place in Bernal. Overall the town is very noisy with all-terrain tourist vehicles blasting loud music. Recommend using ear plugs. The hotel was super nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The location is located within walking distance to the centro histórico and the start of the hike to the peña. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The young lady who checked us in was efficient and extremely helpful. The interior and exterior of the hotel is run down. The room hadn't been cleaned despite it being an hour past check-in. The room was worn and felt dirty. The walls are thin so that voices, tv's, dogs, music and road noise are easily heard. This is an open motel on a busy street. There was no hot water in the shower and pressure was low. The folded bath mat hadn't been changed and was very dirty. At 4:00 AM there were no lights on anywhere which requires using two staircases in the dark and a high step up/down to the second floor landing level. The hotel lobby was locked. As the driver started the car, a hotel employee ran out to ask about the key, which was left in the room since the lobby wasn't accessible. The property was chosen due to the airport access communicated at the time of booking. It turned out to be no closer to the airport than the Centro Historico area of Queretaro. The town of Bernal was charming, however.

Amazing hotel!!!! We have been treated like royalty, any little thing that we needed the owner was able to provide for us and much much more! I can’t recommend this place enough!! Super clean room to and beautiful hotel! 11/10

El hotel esta muy bonito. La propietaria una excelente persona la Sra Susie se porto super super bien...hotel super recomendable hay muchas opciones para comer alrededor. La calle q lleva a la Peña son solo unas cuadras...definitivamente regresaria al hotel q por cierto la decoracion vintage esta padrisima...gracias x recibirnos asi Sra Susie

We had a plesasant stay. Small hotel, but nice and cozy. Had parking inside, rooms were clean, spacious, had a fan, TV, wifi. The staff is very kind, friendly, and give helpful with recommendations. They greet you with 2 big water bottles, which we appreciated a lot. Very recommended.

El lugar está bien y tiene ubicación, lo malo es que está en la avenida y se escuchan todos los ruidos, no estaba abierto el lugar para desayunar me reembolsaron un día del costo del desayuno pero quedó pendiente el segundo día
