No fùe muy buena la atenciòn, cama incomoda, almohadas con olor a sucio/sudor

We drove all night and they overbooked the Hotel so we had to drive an hour and a half to XalPa for another Hotel.

It was absolutely terrible the hotel is disgusting I found the hotels towels stain and bed sheets were with blood I went downstairs to get clean towels the receptionist lady told me that they didn’t have more towels that the only thing she can was change the sheets. Pool is green all the property is nasty we had to spend the night there because it was a music even call Veracruz Salsa festival so all the hotels were sold out we didn’t have any other choice but it was the most horrible experience they my family had suffer in a hotel

Clean rooms air conditioner Clean area, friendly staff. Pool not working.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The pool was nice. If you don't get a room near the front desk you won't have wifi. Also the shower could of been hotter.

The absolute worst place I have ever stayed in in my life. So gross!! SHAME ON EXPEDIA again! The sheets had gross stains all over all three beds. No toilet paper. No soap. Nothing. One of the beds only had the bad spring. Not even a mattress. I’m so upset with EXPEDIA. I’ve worked so hard for the little money I have. In one night I went from AutoHotel (Nasty Prostitution hotel) to this fiesta junk. Almost $200 down the drain. Shame that a multimillion dollar company promotes sleepy places like this and AutoHotel. I’m still itchy from the three hours I slept. I’m pissed at EXPEDIA for promoting a horrible place. NEVER EVER OFFER THIS HOTEL AND AUTOHOTEL!!!

This is a very pathetic hotel. Its actually a very low budget hotel with no basic facilities. Service is very poor.

RE: Itinerary # 190431418741 - Booking for Hotel Fiesta Veracruz Mexico (Nov 14 - 16, 2014) I am writing to express my displeasure with Expedia for what was done to me on my recent trip to Veracruz Mexico. Initially I made a reservation through Expedia for a hotel called Hotel Fiesta Veracruz for 3 days Nov 14 -16 which I paid for using my credit card. When I arrived in Veracruz Nov 14, 2014 the taxi from the airport was not able to locate the hotel Fiesta saying he was not familiar with it, etc. During this time there was heavy security all around (due to the CAC Games taking place in Veracruz) and I assume as a result of the current political climate in the country. Consequently I felt very reluctant to go searching for this hotel with complete strangers. I found alternate lodging and tried to cancel my booking only to be told that Only Expedia could do that. I tried to cancel from the Expedia websites but without success. Consequently my credit card was debited from Nov 9, 2014 for the 3 days I had booked without me staying there. I would like to be reimbursed my US $418.29.

It was first time for me to visit Veracruz, I found a hotel through this Expedia, Seeing the photos, looks nice but this is a kind of motel. At the beginning, I tried to be convinced to stay but smells in the room was stink and awful. Our family beg me to change hotel and we went out for finding another hotel in Easter week. Finally and fortunately, we found the room at the down town, and got back to Hotel Fiesta Veracurz then collected my suitcase and checked out. I did not care about money, we really wanted to get out this place.

For the money that a paid to stay one night at this hotel I should it have hot water at least there was no Phone, and the people that live in the area make to much noise

First night without air conditioner, there were no rooms avilable and no one who fixes the AC. Until the 2nd day they change my room but again the air conditioner was not working at 100% (I may say it only works at 50%). Another thing, the pool was not clean enough. Save your money don't stay there.

Híjole, no recomiendo para nada el hotel. Está plagado de cucarachas gigantes, el aire acondicionado no funciona, las instalaciones son muy muy antiguas, no le dan mantenimiento. Y muy costoso para tan las instalaciones. Lo siento mucho 😔 pero en verdad no lo recomiedo para nada 😕

No me gusto hospedarme, muy caro paro lo que ofrecen.

Una pocilga. Pagué dos mil pesos por un lugar que vale cien pesos. Alberca sucia, baños sucios con moho. Las camas y almohadas duras y vieja. Hubiera dormido en mi coche. Es más cómodo y limpio

Un ambiente familiar, aunque el estado del el hotel está un poco desgastado (pintura, canceles, ventanas, etc,) el servicio es muy amable; las camas no son las más cómodas, pero si están limpias, tanto las toallas como los cuartos huelen a lavado. Las habitaciones tienen clima, tele y un baño amplio. La alberca es grande y tiene espacio para niños pequeños, en general está aceptable el hotel; pero el precio si está un poco elevado para el estado de las instalaciones.

Solamente había un conector y en el baño y había muchas cucarachas y el baño estaba sucio y en mal estado

No está mal pero podría ser mejor
