The service in this hotel is top notch. Very respectful, kind, attentive and helpful staff. A special shout out to Roberto the manager, Arturo in the restaurant, Karla, Miguel, Alberto, Antonio, Pablo, and Andres have made the entire experience unforgettable. The breakfast and variety was delicious to say the least. Thank you for everything. Even when Roberto found out that our flight was super early, they made it a point to have a sack lunch ready for us before we left since we were going to miss breakfast. Will definitely return.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Flamenco in Mexico City! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city with plenty of markets nearby, making it easy to explore and experience the local culture.
The room was super clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining it every day. The entire hotel was spotless, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff was very polite and always ready to assist with anything.
One of the highlights of my stay was the modern and well-designed bathroom. The shower was nice, modern, and worked perfectly, with great water pressure. The toilet was quiet and completely separate from the shower, which was a big plus. There was also a separate lava bowl area where I could comfortably wash my face and brush my teeth.
The room itself was well-equipped with a very nice table-shelf attached to the wall, perfect for placing small items. It also had a big TV, an iron and ironing board, a coffee machine, and a fridge, which made my stay even more convenient. Every day, housekeeping provided two bottles of water, which was a thoughtful touch.
The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food, including fresh fruits, making it a perfect way to start the day.
Overall, Hotel Flamenco is a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with great amenities. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Mexico City!

Nice little hotel close to the city center lots of restaurants shopping transportation. It can be a little noisy, depending on where you are in the hotel the food was good. The service was OK in the restaurant but very good elsewhere.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is at walking distance to constitution plaza, about 15 mins. We feel safe even walking at night in this area. The hotel is located at a local bus terminal and major metro station, hence expect noise and crowds. Breakfast in the morning is great!

We spent one week here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly and the facilities are modern and clean. The included breakfast has a lot of options. We went to the restaurant on the top floor once, the service is great and the prices are very reasonable. Room is well-designed with regards to the lighting in each area, also it had a fridge and safe. Shower area is huge with overhanging shower head. Some reviews mention a firm mattress, but that's a matter of preference as we prefer a firmer mattress. The location is great if you plan to walk to the historic centre or use the metro to get around to different neighborhoods as the Pino Suarez station is extremely close. We were thinking of staying in Roma or Condesa, but there is a lot to see in the historic centre so we were happy with our choice, although it's not at all difficult nor time-consuming to get between neighborhoods especially if you use Uber. We mostly used the metro and metrobus. The hotel faces a small park so it's surprisingly quieter than expected in spite of being close to a busy metro station. We used Uber to/from the airport and it was only about 15-20 minutes and between 100-150 pesos. Overall Hotel Flamencos was a great value and we were very pleased with our stay.
