The property was clean and the staff was friendly and provided a professional service. However, we paid an additional fee to cover breakfast, but we got there we were told that is only "American Breakfast" which was a very limited menu. Not what was advertised.

El staff es muy amable y tiene buena ubicación, pero el check in fue lento y un poco tardado. El hotel es bonito y antiguo, pero está muy descuidado, le falta mantenimiento, las habitaciones tienen un olor extraño, urge que cambien toallas están muy percudidas, amarillas y con mal olor, lo mismo con el colchón, te acuestas y de verdad huele feo, ni pudimos dormir. Se escucha ABSOLTAMENTE TODO! Hasta las platicabas y ruidos extraños de otras habitaciones, el staff tenia una gritadera en el pasillo a las 7 am. Tenía ganas de meterme a la alberca pero está sucia y con moho. El jardín se ve hermoso en las fotos pero al llegar LE FALTA MUCHO MANTENIENTO. Cuando entraron a hacer la limpieza de la habilitación me robaron un pantalón, ( estoy 100%segura) NO ME VUELO A QUEDAR AHÍ Y NO LO RECOMIENTO
