Clean room but strong cigarette smell

Hi ,it was all I needed ,hot water ,bed but could have been cleaner . It’s convenient will probably stay there again if I pass throu PV . It would have been cheaper to just show up instead of making a reservation .

Hotel La Terminal served our purpose of being near the bus station. We were reading down to Melaque the following morning.It is a "No Frills" hotel with not much in the area.

Everything was well organized. Very nice / friendly staff.

Close to bus station. Nothing else! I have nothing more to say, certainly wasn’t as advertised

This was a second choice so were not expecting too much for one night close to airport. For me, simple and basic are great but dirty and grungy are not.

Very close to airport and autobus terminal. Also pharmacy, open all night. Oxxo (general food store) excellent coffee 50ft away. Will stsy there again.

The rooms were not clean... some kind of crawling living things were everywhere. The bed were terrible. I could not sleep at all. I change hotel the next day. The TV was so small, it was useless. NOT RECOMMANDED

We had a wonderful stay and the staff was great! We enjoyed talking with the people in the community.

It is a bit of a spartan looking building but there is a nice balcony on the second floor. Two things impressed me about this place. 1. it was the cheapest place near the airport and not on a noisy street and it was surprisingly just minutes walk from the bus depot. 2. The manager was very kind and flexible with us. We had booked for two nights but had an emergency where we had to fly out the next day. Expedia never answered my request to cancel but the manager said it was fine and we really appreciated it. For those two reasons we would definitely stay there again. It is kind of out of the way for other things but the city buses are going right by (and I believe the out of town buses too) so you can catch one to wherever you want to go.

My experience at the hotel was pleasant but at the end of the day you are getting what you pay for. It is an economical option and it is well worth the price. No amenities. But cable TV is better than in other places. No pool. Close to the air port.

Close to everything it was a really great experience I ended up renting a house which has 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms also 7 beds total in 1 room there's 4 single beds and the other rooms have long size living room kitchen it was really nice

The Hotel terminals charge me and the the website charge me so it was double payment

This place is across the street from the bus station, so what do you expect? Perfect if you come in on a late bus and leave on an early one, or need to get some sleep before heading to the airport (a short cab ride away). SUPER basic, but actually very clean, super good AC and fairly comfortable bed. Don't expect more than that.

I was given one small crappy towel wihen i checked in. The floor of the shower was dirty and lots of hair at the floor drain.The pillows on the bed did not smell fresh and possibly the sheets had not been changed. I shared my bed with Bed Bugs, i had a bite and one had shed in the bed. There is a restaurant but it was closed when i arrived at 7.30 pm i had been travelling all day and i was tired and hungry. Apart from a taco stand there is an OXXO and and no where else to eat.

Arrived after a long travel day on a holiday weekend. Hotel did not have our booking even though it was confirmed and no rooms available. Had planned to stay the night and take bus home the next morning as we were arriving too late to catch last bus home. We had to pay a taxi to drive us the remaining 40 miles home at 11 pm at night. Very dissatisfied with service. Staff was not pleasant and hotel seemed shabby at best.
