Parking want great. Room was not great. Was not my ideal choice.

Nice location

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Before arrival, the hotel messaged me asking for a direct bank transfer to a Mexican account to secure my reservation. When Expedia called to investigate, the hotel hung up on them, saying they didn’t speak English. I wanted to cancel but couldn’t—my booking was nonrefundable. At check-in, they charged me more than my confirmed price on Expedia. I contacted Expedia, who tried calling while I stood at reception, but staff refused to answer. A sign at the desk advertised the same room for half the price, but they said the promotion didn’t apply because I booked on Expedia. Our room had no toilet seat. Staff claimed all bathrooms were like that, but two family members staying at the hotel confirmed theirs had seats. Staff then admitted mine was broken by the previous guest but refused to replace it. My young daughters and I had to use the lobby bathroom the entire stay. That night, there was zero running water in the room’s shower or sink. Staff did nothing. The AC only works with a key card, and you only get one. Every time you leave, the AC shuts off, and the room becomes unbearably hot, taking 45+ minutes to cool down. The AC also leaked water, making the floors dangerously slippery. The towel rack was broken, walls were paper thin, and a light fixture had sharp broken glass sticking out. Reception staff sat watching YouTube, refused to help, and said there’s no manager. My two family members also had miserable stays. Do NOT stay here.

The elevator is not working They will give you only one key and if you need a second one they’ll deny and be rude

El hotel es bastante económico aunque está lejos del centro vale la pena aún cuando se pague taxi para ir al centro. Los cuartos están bien aunque les falta una pintada porque tiene muchas manchas en las paredes

Mi estadía no fue grata para nada. El trato del personal fue grosero, especialmente con mi abuela, un adulto mayor. El baño y el inodoro no funcionaban, y nadie del hotel se molestó en arreglarlo en los tiempos acordados. El elevador también estaba fuera de servicio, lo que nos obligó a subir y bajar escaleras constantemente (Y con un adulto mayor de 90 años es terrible). Cuando pedimos un reembolso parcial, no los negaron de manera despectiva por el recepcionista, nos dieron largas a un correo y el reembolso nunca se acordó. El servicio al cliente es pésimo y las instalaciones, lamentables. Eviten este hotel a toda costa.

No parking, bathroom too small, no good soap.

I dislike leaving bad reviews but had to do it this time. Reception was great! The room…bed sheets felt like they were washed in salt water; sticky and unpleasant to sleep on. The sink leaked. The faucet was not really attached to the surface. The shower would not fully shut off and I never had hot water. The power went out at 20:00 and was still off when I checked out at 07:00. The walls are THIN and the hotel was loud in general, so if you are a light sleeper, stay away. Pick a different hotel because this one is a bummer.

I have never had to wait until 3 pm for a check-in! There was never any hot water for more than 10 seconds at a time; I reported this the first morning and staff said they would check, but still NO hot water!!! I would NOT stay here again. The staff was friendly

Pleasing clean place with comfortable beds, very tiny bathroom though. One big drawback is that walls are not sound proof, one can hear perfectly people walking and talking on the walkway, or somebody snoring next room.

Very clean and modern looking. Very few parking spaces.

Great basic accommodations when in Campeche, Mexico 🇲🇽. 👍 Friendly front desk staff. Close 20 min. walk to “Walled Old Town,” Historic Area Quiet area, after evening work traffic stops. No elevator, however, second floor, is only 1 regular flight of stairs, in this compact building. Free limited Parking, in front of reception, in view of most rooms 👍

The room was clean, but the walls are a little thin, so you can easily hear what's going on in the hallways. Check-in and check-out were easy. One thing I didn't appreciate was being quoted $200 pesos to organize a taxi to the airport, which is only 3km away. They told me that the reason was that taxis need to pay a special fee to enter the airport. In the end I took a normal taxi, and there was, in fact, no special fee or gate to enter the airport. $45 pesos.

It was a neat space, decently clean, service was very kind and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like were the paper thin walls, indeed we had to change to another room on a different floor because our neighbor was watching Saint Seiya at full volume and we could hear everything in the stairwell.

This is a simple, clean, inexpensive hotel. The air conditioner works well, the rooms and beds are fine. The downsides are that the walls are super thin so sound comes right in and the parking lot is very small. I think it can fit about 6 or 7 cars. There may be more parking somewhere but I didn’t see it. I guess a lot of guests use public transit so the parking lot size may not be a problem. It was empty when we arrived (around 5pm) but full when we checked out.

Excelentes instalaciones, hotel exclusivo para dormir ya que toda la comodidad y amenidades básicas al 100 las encuentras dentro del cuarto. La vista y la zona no ofrece nada. Excelente para una parada durante un viaje largo!

LLegué a recepción y me dijeron que no tenían habitaciones, que no sabían como pude reservar una habitación si no había disponibles en ese momento. El recepcionista se portó indiferente.
