This is a very well put together Hotel situated in a wonderful area in Puerto Vallarta. The staff especially Erasmo was too great.
This was an excellent choice and being an Expedia member I really finally felt that my membership actually meant something.

I love staying at this hotel. The staff are great. The rooms are spacious. The pool area is very relaxing.The buffet was good. My only complaint is that the pool was missing some tiles as you entered the pool by the hot tub. I would have also preferred the pool to be less heated.

The area was nice because it was out of the main city but still walkable to good restaurants. The staff was inconsistent with their service and ridiculously slow to do anything - although this is compared to what I’m used to in Toronto.

I actually was very excited to stay here. I only had one day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility were great and close to the Islas Mall. Th wonky draw back for me was that I had a room right on the street. So I got all of the street noise. I travel with earplugs so I was ok I was in room 104 I believe. I would definitely stay here again.

Would I stay again yes, because its pet friendly.
My downer was access to the beach , went via another hotel but we couldn’t use their loungers.

The roof top pool was great. All the service was great. My only complaint was a lot of road noise. We were on the 5th floor and above the entrance to the next hotel, so a lot of loud trucks early in the morning. Rooms really clean.
