Excellent staff, great location 👍 Pool is fantastic and it is right across from the beach. I don't understand why people are complaining so much as you don't go on vacation to sit in your room 🙄

Walking distance to ferry. The shower was warm and the water pressure was great. There is a water dispenser in the lobby to fill a reusable water bottle. The pool was nice and they supplied towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check out was quick and easy. It’s not luxurious but nice, clean and an excellent beautiful location. I had never seen a room key like they had and I had a bit of trouble trying to figure it out. You might want to ask the front desk to show you when you check in.

I would never recommend this property. The room was terrible, staff were extremely rude. I had to ask for a shower curtain, the shower didn't drain. The TV didn't work. I don't himk.the room eas cleaned iin weeks. I guess if you like poor service, this is the place for you.

Everything was okay! Thought there was breakfast included, but guess I read it wrong. Also the bed sheets had stains the first night we came, and at one point on our trip they put dirty sheets on again with clearly a bunch of red marks - would’ve been better if they had just made sure it was changed properly. Other than that staff were really sweet and location was great. A bit hard to find but we found it!

The front desk staff were very nice. Overall the hotel lacked cleanliness. There were pigeons everywhere, which I love but there poop was all over the balconies and never cleaned up. We had a ground floor room so we could go straight out to the pool, you couldn’t not step in poop. Never any hot water. I had a great time but good to know what you are getting into.

My wife and I booked this hotel for our anniversary and we love Isla Mujeres! We wanted something walkable from the ferry, close to beach(Playa Centro across the street) with air conditioning and clean. We found everything we had wanted. Beds a bit firm but that is not an issue, just as a note to others. Staff were accessible and easy to talk with. My wife had a massage on-site and loved it. Will book again if get lucky enough to visit Isla Mujeres again!

This was our 2nd stay but we will probably not be returning. Main issue we had is the pigeons... We could not sit outside on the balcony due to all the bird crap. It stunk, it was everywhere and the birds wake you up at 6:00 every morning. And it is not a soothing tropical bird song! Water pressure was terrible, not hot water, had to move the dresser to access a plug in (not that big of a deal but still) No bottled water but the do have a fountain in lobby. Pool was kind of dirty this time. Bed was super hard. We were not in the new building but in the middle one, view was great right over the pool but didn't open the door due to the poop. Bar was closed during our stay so we definetely missed Romi. Girls at the front desk were great, housekeeping was excellent. I think there are several other properties similar in price that would be upgrade. Posada Del Mar wasn't terrible but it was great either. I would definetely check around before booking here

The suite was perfect. Loved it. The maid service was not even good. The two times we asked them to clean the room they only changed the sheets. Didn’t clean floors or bathroom at all. Sand everywhere.
