Nice location within centro area. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Easy taxi ride to/from bus station at 35-40 pesos. Property is quaint/older but everything worked. Was clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Wifi ok. Not many plugs for charging but we had a multi plug extension cord. Was party or bar noise most nights/mornings til 2 or slightly beyond. Yet most nights I could get to sleep ok. Would go back and stay there again.

A perfect place to rest your feet and mind in Taxco. Ideally located. Quiet and quaint. Only a short, almost flat walk to the cathedral and all the shops and restaurants. Also a view of the valley or the cathedral from the room. Staffs are friendly and attractive. The room and the courtyard are spotlessly clean. No need to look elsewhere if you travel to Taxco.

My friend and I liked the colonial style of the Hotel. I was disappointed to find out there's no restaurant, bar or terrace. The Hotel is in a great location close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Church Santa Prisca is also very close.

Todo muy bien. El staff siempre fue súper amable desde el principio. Quizá lo único malo es que el colchón estaba muy duro (claro que eso depende del gusto de cada huésped).

Perfectly situated rustic hotel. Not as "elegant" as MonteTaxco hotel, but much, much more conveniently located. Location is the main reason why I stay here. Also, there are some great people that work here!

Clean and central. Central location comes with a price. Live music from adjacent restaurants carries down the slope.

Once again, arriving for a stay at the Hotel Santa Prisca was like coming home. I am so lucky to have found this hotel decades ago, and it improves over time by maintaining such high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service. It says a lot, I believe, that so many staff have been there for a long time. The room, simple but with everything a traveler could need, serves well during visits to the charming town, and the beautiful patio, full of gorgeous trees and flowers, is the ideal retreat, one I often think about when not in Taxco. I wouldn’t trade it for any of the newer and pricier places, which I have tried, much to my disappointment. Hotel Santa Prisca will be my home in Taxco for as long as I am fortunate enough to make the trip.
