I loved everything! Wonderful place to spend with your beloved.

At first place this is not a spa hotel, having pool and massage didn't mak a spa hotel There is no hot water in the shower, typical for Mexico but not expected in a $400 a night hotel. My personal opinion, money for nothing.

Fantastic structure, gardens with attention to the smallest details. Peace and quiet. I did not like the inefficiency of the wifi

The spa is so cools, and also the hotel, the Aura restaurant is also delicious.

This was my second stay at Kwanze. It is still gorgeous and a beautiful zen experience, but service was not as good as it was two years ago. There was no cream for coffee nor Kahlua for an after dinner drink. Bread was delivered at the end of our meal. The lights between our beds didn’t work. These are minor things but for the price they charge, they shouldn’t happen. We borrowed a cork screw to use in our room and were charged $12:50 USD

Disfrutando cada detalle, todos los espacios y la gran atmósfera que tiene este ambiente. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y sobre todo cómodas.

Es une experiencia sorprendente, el servicio es maravilloso, los cuartos hermosos y súper amplios. El desayuno muy bien servido y te lo llevan hasta tu cuarto. Vale cada peso que pagas. ¡Recomiendo pidan la margarita mezcla en el bar, es la mejor!!!

Todos los empleados muy amables, el lugar muy relajante desde que llegas y los tratamientos del spa muy bien pensados

Koanze property, amenities & spa are amazing, however the jacuzzi & outside lakes requires more cleaning

The facility presents itself as a luxury resort. Although the facility grounds are aceptable, the high cost makes it good at best not excellent. We were there for two days, on the last day the hot water failed, they were unable to fix it so I did not shower as the water was too cold. The food at the restaurant was horrible, the meat labeled as prime it is not, it is the lowest quality you will ever find. The cook cannot cook easy over eggs and I had to return them as they were overcooked, yet the second order of eggs were not much better. The salad that I ordered had a slimy worm in it. When I complained to the manager he explained the worm was in the salad because they grow their own vegetables and don’t use pesticides. He offered to exchange it but I did not want to eat anymore after that. The avocado in the salad had brown spots, the quality than not even subway would serve. We ordered a cheesecake, however it was not, instead they gave us a processed brick of white sweet stuff covered with chocolate. Overall the food is the worst I had ever eaten in such a kind of resort. There were other couples complaining about the food, I doubt my case was isolated. The service at the restaurant is very slow when they bring the food is already cold.

Great experience, delicious food, beautiful view and great location! FYI please turn on the outdoor lights at night. I had to use my cellphone flash light!
