My friend and I stayed here for one week, our overall stay was adequate (I’d give it about 3.5/5) but I wouldn’t stay here for any longer than that. A lot of the amenities that we specifically booked for were not present. Though there is a kitchen, there is little to no cooking utensils to actually utilize the kitchen. Pictures are a bit misleading and not entirely accurate to the unit, futon is not sleep-able. So though it’s advertised as sleeps 6 it should really be more like 4. A lot of wear and tear to the unit, stains on sheets/curtain, towels. And we were initially only given 1 towel. There seemed to be no hot water, all our showers were done very cold, I’m not sure if this is something common for Mexico. Staff was great at welcoming us and communication via whats app. Housekeeping was also great, came in every second day and did end up giving us more towels. Pool was nice also, a lot of chairs but only 2 loungers. Elevator is also out of commission and this building has a lot of stairs.

La propiedad estaba muy limpia, muy cómodo y confortable, el aire funciona perfectamente aunque lo usamos muy poco porque se mantenia fresco el lugar, lo unico que me hubiera gustado son almohadas mas suaves pero en general todo me gusto mucho, muy buena ubicacion esta cerca la quinta avenida, soriana ,farmacias, restaurantes

Property is not kept clean and does not match anything close to the pictures on the listing. Listing shows parking available however there is LIMITED parking available. First come first park basis. We were not met at check in and were just given a code to access the door key. The key is an actual key that can be copied by anyone.

In very poor condition. The "pool" is a joke. Its really just a tiled puddle, and missing a bunch of tiles. Great way to slice your foot open.

Would not stay here again. I can list all the things wrong with this place but most of it has already been said by others. And the hotel will respond that they are working on it but it's the same problems others have had so I doubt anything will change. The biggest concern was a huge window in the living room overlooking the street that doesn't lock and easily slides open. We have young kids so it was just not safe. We asked if someone could come fix it on the day we checked in but it was not fixed during our 3-day stay. The hot water did not work at all the whole time we were there, and the A/c in one of the two bedrooms did not work. We let them know, but nothing was fixed. The parking garage entrance was super small and took us several minutes to get out of every day trying not to scratch the rental suv with just inches of clearance on each side; not the hotel's fault but not fun to deal with. The tiny rooftop pool was nice for the kids but again there were several places where one could easily fall off the side of the building so it's not ideal for young children.

La Propiedad en general descuidada, estuve 12 días y solo de ver la alberca no dan ganas de usarla, vecinos del mismo edificio molestos con fiesta todas las noches entre ruidos y olor a marihuana, el propietario no contesta al menos que te tengas que ir de la propiedad, sinceramente no lo recomiendo

Las fotografías que tienen publicadas seguramente son de cuando era un edificio nuevo, nada que ver, el area de la alberca esta desecho, ademas de muy sucio. En general el edificio tiene un mal mantenimiento, el elevador solo funciona para subir a algunos pisos y no para bajar, yo iba con bebe con carriola y con 2 adultos mayores es algo super importante. El departamente aun que si es el de las fotos, estaba muy sucio y todo se sentia muy viejo ,las almohadas olian mal. Me gusto la ubicacion, pero las condiciones de limpieza y mantenimiento son malas.
