The room was clean and beautiful. Great location, not far from dinning and shopping. Staff was very friendly. Food was great and the beach was wonderful. Traveled as a family with two little ones and they loved it.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. They had a very kind attention when we arrived as it was my wife birthday: they put a big ribbon on the entry door of the room.
We loved the room, spacious and comfortable.
We enjoyed a lot the beach club and the pool. We recommend it a lot.

We needed a gateway and chose Holbox that was highly recommended by Mexican friends,
The property was nice overall but here are the reasons why they did not get a 5*:
- The flow from the shower head was irregular and scarce.
- The smell from the decomposed seaweed on the shore reached our room and was very unpleasant.
- Because of that decomposed seaweed, we could not enjoy the sea.
- The amount of mosquitoes prevented us from enjoying walks in the morning and after sunset.
- We had lunch at the pool and were immediately surrounded by iguanas getting dangerously close to us. The staff knew but did little to scare them away.

I enjoyed the location of this hotel, very walkable to downtown but just far enough to be quiet from the downtown parties. The only slight downfall for the hotel is kids noise level in the morning at the pool. Our room was very close to the pool and it sounded like they were in our room.

We did not stay at your hotel as it was a disaster. The entire city was underwater. I have pictures and I have asked Expedia to get our money back. Please refund our money as we did not stay at your hotel. The city was an unwalkable and totally underwater and your hotel was not ready for gas. The pool was not open. Chairs were Stacked up. Again we did not stay at your hotel and we are asking for a refund. I will be posting the pictures on Expedia if we do not get a refund.

Beautiful property right on the white sand beach., staff very nice friendly and helpful .. I just would suggest to get some fans in the restaurant to circulate the air and get rid of the flies., but other wise it was a very pleasant stay definitely will book again .

El hotel está en muy lindo, Justo en la playa y con un beach club muy padre. El servicio es bueno, la comida rica, recomiendo el ceviche. Esta a cuatro cuadras del centro, se puede caminar o tomar taxi de $150 pesos. Si volvemos.

El hotel me gusto mucho, es pequeño pero esta muy bien administrado. Tiene un restaurant muy bueno, recomiendo el ceviche que tiene pulpo, es excelente y los chilaquiles. El staff es muy amable y en general muy limpio. Volveria a hospedarme aqui.

This hotel is absolutely AMAZING!! We were sad to go. The service, amenities, beach, etc exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel for families and couples. The beach service and location are perfect!! We walked the beach to the most incredible part of beach - stunning! And the other direction is just steps to downtown and shops, etc. this hotel was perfect!!
