Demasiado ruido en la habitación porque mi habitación estaba a lado de la salida de emergencia/servicio y a cada rato sonaban los portazos de la puerta. No hubo buena comunicación al inicio, había pedido desde el inicio late check in y no dejaron la instrucción por lo cual me hablaron para desocupar la habitación antes.

We checked in at 0300 and booked room with two beds. Entering the room only has a king size bed. Front desk staff told us all rooms with two beds were gone he offered to bring a small bed to our room in five minutes and he did it.

[staff] Friendly and courteous from cleaning, lobby to restaurant [Location] This hotel is located in a plaza with nearly no restaurants therefore heavily dependent on NH Hotel restaurant or UberEats delivery. [NH Restaurant] - Very poor selection and service Very limited buffet selection for the price $300 pesos. The breakfast buffet staff wasn’t keeping up with making sure their buffet was filled with food and one time they simply ran out of eggs so we had to wait for them to get eggs. The staff serving coffee were courteous and keeping up our needs at the table with coffee. I would recommend you go to a nearby VIPS or TOKS since the NH restaurant is not worth it. [Hotel Card Keys] - The hotel card keys deactivate every day so you must stop at lobby to get them reactivated daily which is absurd for a 4 star hotel. They said their system deactivates them so its just an inconvenience [Hotel Power Outages] There were multiple times we lost power to the entire floor (not due to weather). The entire hallway to get to the lobby seemed like a Haunted Hotel but luckily it seemed elevators were on emergency power. I think a breaker had to be reset at least x2 times [Hotel Room Issues] The refrigerator wasn’t working do had to call maintenance. The shower head was broken at the connection to water pipe so a bunch of water was spraying out of the top. The room thermostat was programmed to not allow HEATING of room so it got cold at night which was unacceptable.

Recieved an upgrade breakfast was great

The restroom had a glass door, partially smoked, but I would like my privacy when I go to the bathroom. Shower water goes to toilet area and near sink due to not having a ledge or border between areas. Shower not totally enclosed. TV is not smart, bring your firestick or hulu box, etc.

I had a great stay, clean room, quite nights. Great staff.

Muy buen servicio, las habitaciones están en excelentes condiciones y es muy silencioso para descansar

The room was extremly cold and when I setup the thermostat to heating, it didn't work and just made it worst. When I reported this to the hotel staff, they told me that indeed they did not have heating and so there was nothing that could be done. They offered a portable heater but it was never delivered to our room.
