Clean and spacious

Room was clean but bathroom, especially, was falling apart with windows broken and/or would not close and opened onto sidewalk and parking area. Noise level from street and inside hotel was, at times, too loud for conversation. Amenities are minimal (shampoo and shower foam but nothing else. Shower head leaked and sprayed water all over the bathroom so towels, floors, toilet paper, toilet, etc. were always soaked. Housekeeping was efficient but definitely basic accommodations. No concierge-type service at all but since the city is well-known to me, it was mostly unnecessary. Pool was so small that a dip was as much as it would accommodate and the tile tub with rocks floor which doubled as the shower doesn’t hold water so tub use didn’t exist and rounded rock floor made it difficult to stand on for a shower.

Warm, friendly staff and a perfect location

Room was SO CLEAN. We had a full kitchen, living room and big bathroom. Could have used a new shower head. But other than that this is a great location. Cute pool, hot tub, and sitting area. 1 min walk to the beach and restaurants etc. The check in guy was very nice and accommodating. Zero complaints. Cleanest hotel room I’ve seen in a while. Basic accommodations. Bed was firm but comfortable. Has deck that is safely secured with bars so you can sleep with the patio door open as we were on the first floor. Would come back!

We had a really good stay at the hotel. It had a great location, staff was friendly and courteous, room was bigger than we expected and cleaned daily. We'd definitely stay there again.

Everything was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was great! I cannot say enough about Carlos and Arturo, the front desk staff, were friendly and very helpful. I would stay here again.

Nice and quiet place! Pool and jacuzzi very clean

First off, the check in office staff woman was so charming and so lovely. What a smile. The room (#6) on the second floor was spacious with a good sized kitchen and lots of sitting options. The air con kept the bedroom coolio. Close to the beach, great food and beer/cocktails and art galleries, live music, etc. etc. Adios! for now amigos.

Great place to stay! Love the proximity to the beach, bars & food establishments. The rooms are very spacious. The staff is very attentive & friendly.

Great venue, would stay again

Great location with everything nearby and 1 block from the beach. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurants, shops, quickymart & farmacies are 1 block away (oxxo too). Property is ok, needs an update in several items. Pool has some tiles off but is enjoyable. They have drinkable water fountains around the hotel making everything more easy. Unit (rooms) are clean with mini splits that work very well as well as coffee maker and fridge available that was wonderful. We had an extra area where we could hang our wet clothes (swimsuits) to get dry. We had an extra space with the view of the street with 1 chair to drink our coffee privately but outdoors. Furniture (loveseat and chair need to be clean and/or update) There is minimal furniture in the room and our luggage had to sit on the floor but they have a big closet with a safe. The only issue we had was the water heater that only worked the last day (of 6) but only for 1 person. We reported this and they came to light the pilot 2 times. Even though they did this the water was decent hot first minutes & after was just lukewarm & for the second person was only lukewarm as well. Pictures on the website are misleading, it suggest pool was on the roof because showed the pool and then a sunset view suggesting the pool was on the roof not in the center of the hotel on the ground floor. One of the reasons we booked here was because we thought we would have full sun while in the pool. our room had a kitchenette

Very specious rooms with two toilets. Nice full sized refrigerator. A kitchen with a full set of silverware. Good strong free coffee and drinking water, though a bit slow on the water refill. Cruisy windows though straight people stay here also. Quite noisy on a Friday night with people partying by the hot tub till 1 AM in the morning Join the party or bring earplugs . On Saturday night the party was over by 10 PM. All other nights were quiet. Rickety old furniture. Spotty Wi-Fi.
