El hotel tiene instalaciones en buen estado y limpias. El gimnasio es pequeño pero funciona. Solicité “ room service”, demoró un poco pero fue bastante aceptable el sabor. El desayuno continental es sencillo, aceptable. Quizá le hace falta servicio de restaurante por la noche que no sea room service. El hotel está bien ubicado para llegar a Santa Fé.

Staff was very rude. Front Desk Security treated us and our driver with disrespect and disdain. The staff, front desk, cleaning crew and anyone who works there were disrespectful and rude. They are very unhappy.

La experiencia fue nuy regular. La habitación estaba muy fría, solicité cobijas y nunca las llevaron. También tuve problemas con el room service. Al parecer tumbaron mi plato, y no tenía ingredientes suficientes para prepararlo nuevamente. Tuve que cambiar por otro plato, el cual estaba muy salado. No me lo pude comer todo.

El desayuno deja mucho que desear, hay gente que toma las cosas con las manos, dejan hasta servilletas sucias en la fruta y no se tiene el cuidado de la higiene. Los baños no se sienten limpios, hay mucho ruido del exterior, no tienen calefacción... realmente para el costo está bien, pero si tienen muchas areas de oportunidad
