Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia, sobre todo la ubicación en la plaza que nos dió oportunidad de hacer compras y caminar durante la mañana y la tarde. Lo único que lamentamos es que a pesar de ser un hotel pet friendly no pudimos utilizar el restaurante porque llevábamos nuestra pequeña perrita (es un povo contradictorio). Aunque, como se nos recomendó, utilizamos el servicio de room service que es excelente nos quedamos con ganas de desayunar o cenar en el mismo restaurante.

No good and way to experience.
Rooms are okay and the reception staff was nice, but nothing special.
Location is okay, one has to walk a mile to get good places.
Breakfast and room service is terrible.

Great location….hotel is supposedly pretty new but rooms already showing signs of deterioration and need for some renovation. Pillows are way too thick and hard and bed is made with so many blankets and duvets that one needs to keep temperature at 18C to stay cool, although bed is otherwise great. Parking is conveniently located but a nightmare as it requires payment every time one exits property and machines do not take credit cards or large notes

The hotel is beautiful and really clean, the problem is at the pool section, they don't take care of the guests, we were trying to get food and drinks but there was no staff there and the bar wasn't working.
We mange to call a server but took forever to get one, once we finally were able to order, it took another hour to check on us to see if we needed anything else. We understand is not the server fault but the management should have staff at the pool area specially if you have a bar at the pool
