The hotel was fine and I knew the location was not in the middle of the city. The concierge was excellent and the check-in experience was very professional. My only complaints are that the coffee maker was stored in a cabinet below a counter, but the door swung into my daughter's bed and so you could not pull out the tray to use it. Also no direction for the sliding glass door to porch to how to unlock it.

We stayed for just 1 night, but from the minute we entered the hotel we were met by friendly staff at concierge and reception who went out of their way to help as much as they could. The hotel itself is fantastic with an amazing pool and very spacious rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The free shuttle to the train station was a nice touch and again all staff involved were friendly and polite.

Great hotel. Linen is exchanged every day. The staff is helpful, and breakfast is good with some nice surprises. Hotel drivers can transport you to various locations in the city.

Great hotel and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely although buffet only, if you want anything else you have to pay extra. The gym was tiny so don’t bother with that smaller than a cupboard. Apart from that good hotel.

Great location, the room was a good size.
The shower worked well.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
The only down side was the breakfast which was very poor VFM, & the staff were removing the food & drinks 10 minutes after the close of service at 10am.

The hotel is lovely with a great view, a little away from the main hustle and bustle of Monte Carlo but still with easy access to all the sights. The reception staff at check in and check were very friendly.
