This is a boutique hotel with only a few rooms in a fabulous position in the village of Donja Lastva, about one mile from Tivat, right on the waterfront overlooking Boka Bay. Cleanliness is excellent and the reception staff speak good English and are exceedingly helpful. It is a 19th century two storey building and has no lift so this should be borne in mind for those with limited mobility. There are two restaurants in the village one of which, Punto Crudo, is connected to the hotel and provides an excellent free breakfast to hotel guests. Dinner is served from 5.00 pm and the food is of a good international standard although the menu is limited. Big Ben restaurant is about 700 metres away towards Tivat. This is a lively, noisy restaurant which should appeal to younger people. There are numerous restaurants a little further on in Tivat at various price levels and are just a short taxi ride away. There are minor inconveniences like no local taxis near the hotel (they are called to the hotel from Tivat); no snacks, just drinks, are available at the hotel between 11.00 am and 5.00 pm but the excellent breakfast should see one through the day. I recommend this hotel for those who enjoy peaceful surroundings and the ability to swim in the sea directly from the hotel quay.

Loved our stay here. Killer views, close private beach for a dip. Rooms were clean and nice. Not huge rooms but fine for us. This is a place if you want the quieter vacation as most restaurants/shops are about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast was really good here, but wife and I weren’t really impressed with the dinner. They take a break serving through the lunch hour till about 4. Most staff was friendly and kind. Front desk was really helpful with things like cell phone power adapter for European power and calling taxis as well as recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had the absolutely best time at this hotel. Everything was amazing. The air conditioning in the room was perfect, the bed was so comfortable with incredible pillows, and the shower was really spacious. Every room has a view of the water which was breathtaking. The private beach area for hotel guests was lovely and the water was so beautiful for swimming. We stayed for four nights and dined in the restaurant every evening as the view was stunning and you are seated right on the water! The food was very high quality, highly recommend the beef cheeks and the tuna and my partner loved the octopus. Breakfast every morning was beautiful and I definitely recommend the pancakes. All of the staff were so accommodating in both the hotel and the restaurant. They were very helpful in letting us know about a bus to take a day trip to Kotor. They also arranged airport transfers which were an additional cost but huge peace of mind. We would definitely stay here again and can't recommend it enough!

Everything was great; from the staff, food, room, etc. I could go on and on - my daughter and I had such a wonderful time visiting.

If I could leave 7* , I would . Beautiful property with an amazing staff! You gonna get a million $ view for sure. Lots of privacy, serenity, walking distance to local grocery shops , bakery and restaurants if you decide to change the menu ( even though they’ve got an incredible chef ) , and presentation is top notch . Hotel is easy to find; easy check in and a great staff. Parking is right by the hotel. Unfortunately the restaurant had not yet opened however they pointed us to a few decent ones down the breakwater. The room (with deck) was excellent, clean and bed very comfortable. Washroom fully equipped and a great shower. We had breakfast included and it was both tasty and filling. We would stay again for sure.

Service at the hotel was great and staff were helpful and friendly. Bit the hotel is old and lacks lots of amenities. Something as small as facial tissue or hand lotion and as bog as a pool and hot tub was all lacking. Surprisingly the hotel charged the same as the five star hotel we stayed at in Croatia.

Loved our stay here. Room was great, service staff were great. Location was ideal for our daily day trips. Parking was the only challenge but we were able to find one each night.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The people, the rooms (i had the double door balcony room) the ambiance, the cute little beach on the side of the hotel, and cant forget the cure and romantic restaurant right on the water. Honestly im going to.come back everytime im in montenegro.

Just had the one night here, booked double deluxe room with sea view / terrace - it was worth it! The view from the room is outstanding, waking up to that was amazing. The breakfast was superb. The coffee amazing, the freshly squeezed orange juice on the terrace was perfect. And the colleagues are amazing, sorting us a taxi to Dubrovnik. Definitely worth staying here! I would happily live in this hotel.
