The property is a beautiful place to stay but the room i stayed was outdated and the tv chanels are in arabic except 1 chanel in french.
The swimming pool and jacuzzi waters are very cold. I attempted to swim but the water was so cold making not enjoyable swimming.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were very helpful, we can't talk about the cleanness without talking about Ghizlane, she was amazing and professional. I recommend this trip to every traveller who wants to spend good quality time.

The staff was great. The hotel not so much.
Tired looking rooms of need of a refurbishment, however the beds were comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was ok but chaotic. The dining room opened at 6am but on our leaving day we were hoping for breakfast at 6.45 and I couldn't even get a glass of water!!!
The last evening of our stay we wanted to get a drink free m the bar but was told it was not possible as the whole of the restaurant, bar and outside facilities were closed due to a wedding taking place. We went to bed.
Not a hotel that u will be returning to.... ever!

unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. Despite paying for a superior room & being promised a superior room with a balcony, I was allocated a standard room without any outdoor space. Additionally, the broken shower head and lack of thorough cleaning by the staff were major disappointments. The stained bed sheets that weren't changed even after multiple requests further added to the unsatisfactory stay. I believe the hotel needs to address these issues promptly to enhance the quality of their service for future guests.

Desperately needs double glazing unless you like listening to Rave music between 2200 and 0300 every night.
Two floors being remodeled.

Outside of the hotel is nice but room are no where near 4 star quality we had an awful smell of paint in our toilet no shower curtains so bathroom would get flooded. Would not recommend.

Lost electricity for three days and nights. Forced to climb stairs to seventh floor. Food os terrible. Management does not care or respond. Promised power will be restored in a couple hours… then again… then again.. third day i made reservation in Argana hotel and that day power was back. So i finished my miserable stay

Check in is 2pm,but arrived early and was checked in. Unhappy with room so porter called reception and room changed. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Downside was no fridge or kettle in rooms.

I changed rooms 3 times and then eventually got a good room. No one willingness by to help you. Maryam at the receiptionist was the only person who helped with the rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone if you are wanting 4*

From check in some of the staff are rude .. the reception staff are not overly helpful and we would be stood waiting for a while before being helped.
The breakfast food is not good, very limited options if you don’t want salad. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are looking for somewhere with good food.
However our room was great, we had a premium with sea view and the balcony was nice, comfy bed. The cleanliness was okay although I don’t think much more was done than cleaning the floors and replacing toiletries.
Even though the sun was out there is a breeze by the pool, probably because the hotel is on a hill.
