Thank you for acknowledging my needs to have the room fresh and practically dust free. I appreciated the extra pillows and the headboard moved. Given my fear of traveling due to Covid this hotel has taken all the possible precautions to ensure myself and other clients feel safe. Thank you to Hicham at front desk welcoming us and ensuring we got all we needed, even toothbrush, toothbrush and extra mask and cleaner, Thank you. Mohammed at breakfast quickly serviced us our prepared breakfast and coffee. I cannot say any negatives. Very pleasant. It’s a hotel for business Trip and close to the city.

New hotel, new rooms but small. Bathroom with nice walk in shower. A shelf in the bathroom would be nice. Busy street and quite some noise from cars when the window is open (when closed there is almost no noise from the street). Doors make a lot of noise when closed, probably the automatic stopper is not regulaged at its best. Inside garden & terrasse on the mezzanine level is a nice place to relax. Breakfast adequate. Conveniently located at 5 minutes walk from Rabat Ville Gare.

Very nice hotel with a very good location near the train station and tram. Breakfast also sufficient. Local tax was charged at €17 for two people, higher than stated in the booking confirmation. Shower unusable While showering, the water spreads throughout the bathroom and toilet area. You can no longer enter the bathroom without getting your feet wet again
