The service, with smiles, openness and engagement, was the best I have ever experienced at a Hilton Hotel. Service with a smile is even an understatement. It was a small hotel atmosphere in a large brand hotel.

The service staff tend to be interns or juniors who are helpful but lack experience. Also in my room, most of the electric sockets were not functioning. I would say the hood point about the hotels is it’s central, right in the city. Breakfast spread was also so so.

We got a two bedroom suite that was well appointed, simply decorated and very comfortable for the four nights we were there.
The staff are all very friendly and professional.
My only gripe would be the weird smell in the lobby, it’s smells like an open drain pipe at times.
