Not anything like the pictures advertised at all. The first "deluxe" room had roaches running across the door as he opened it. He ran and got keys to a couple other rooms, and each one was just as horrible. Finally, got me in the last one. I sit still for a few minutes and you guessed it, a roach took off across the desk. I grabbed all my stuff and ran out the building and canceled this place with Expedia.

I didn’t get the room what I saw online! Room was next to the street view so is noisy. In the shower, water was leaking all day/night and the tap water color was yellow, this may not be able to use it for even hand wash. Be careful when you turn it on! The room looks very old dirty, filthy, mouldy, the rotten wooden floor, and smell. I asked for something (I.e. mat) to cover up the rotten wooden floor or change the room for me instead but I got none of them even though I request them for a few times. I booked it online but they even charged me extra cash money at the property saying it was upgraded. A BiG LIE. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Shame on them for bad services and pay more than you see online. Dissatisfied, disappointed, dishonest. I’m not going back there again!!!

The staff were amazing! They made you feel so welcome and were always so happy to see you. They were very helpful when we were sick and when we needed to stay longer.

The staff (especially Bimala, Smriti, Abhishek, and others), made my stay a home away from home. Very nice hotel, well situated in Thamel. Large room with large bathroom, TV with international channels, Wifi in the room, and a HEATER for those cold nights. They have a restaurant on site that serves Nepalese, Chinese, Japonese and Western food. They have a tour guide where you can book various trips, treks, flights. The whole experience was Numer 1.

Was good for the price. Friendly stuff. Clean rooms. Toilet is good but still need rubbish bin and plumber. But good for the price. Would stay there again if I come back to Kathmandu

Budget place that meets expectations for the cost. Great location in center of Thamel, restaurant on 1st floor with good food. Breakfast was included. Lunch and dinner at reasonable price, including prompt room service. Could improve bath water color. Staff was warm and accommodating to our many requests. Good value.

We are deceived.

I stayed at the hotel for a night. Overall it was good. The location is excellent as it's in the major tourist hub of Kathmandu i.e Thamel.

It was clean, inexpensive, and centrally located. The staff were great. The Mgr hooked me up with a good hire to get me over to Pokhara as well. Oh, the Japanese Restaurant Ichiran in the lobby was awesome. Really good sushi and other dished too!

Best Hotel in Kathmandu with hot water, WIFI and service. Staff are so good and polite, 24 hours reception. They have Japanese restaurant in ground floor to serving quality foods for their clients as all. Location is very good and if you contact at hotel earlier then they will offer you airport pick up facilities too. They have travel desk for serving their clients to helping ticket, tours, trekking as well as climbing info. Thank you Pleasure home team for your great hospitality. Will see you soon again. Located smacked in town, but definitely not the best place to stay. value for money and Quite. Hotel have no room heater to accompany you during the cold winter night.

Great location in Thamel- but might as well be camping. Thin walled, small rooms, bedding had holes in it- loud and rough stay in general. Would never stay here again...

not clean.. the location is in the tarmel street.. 침대보나 수건이 깨끗하지 않았습니다.. 조식은 english continental? 인데.. 토스트 2쪽이 전부 입니다.
