It doesn’t feel like a hotel at all, rather it’s like an electronically controlled den, very small room and you feel isolated. Will not stay there again. It feels cold.

Up front the rooms are small, but this is a trend with urban hotels. It was fine for me as a single guest and the bed was fabulous. The staff are truly outstanding, well trained on hospitality essentials. They go the extra kilometer (and a half) to make you feel at home.
