Very welcoming staff. It is convenient that there is a restaurant right in the lobby. The food was great. There is also a playroom area in the hotel restaurant.

Great stay for me and my family. Spaciuos place, petfect location near by garage, supermarkets, shops.... etc .. and most importantly friendly staff who helped us a lot in arranging daily trips... will definately stay again there

We had three 2-br apartment units, they were perfect for our party of 10, spacious, clean and with the kitchen (including utensils and all needed glasses, silverware, etc) and 2 bathrooms we had all we needed. The staff was friendly, and (of course in Holland😃) all are fluent in English.
We had a family get together of 25 guests in part of the Lucia restaurant, there was a large TV we used for showing photos and old family films, all arranged perfectly.
Being close to Schiphol and right at the endpoint of tramline 5 to the Leidseplein makes the location very convenient for a visit to Amsterdam. All in all a great stay, highly recommended

We rented a 1 bedroom appartment. A lott of potential, big windows, great location, great layout, paying parking available .
The sofa had stains from questionnable source. Ended up putting towels and blankets in order to avoid touching surface. Hotel was aware of condition ( order new covers).
Shower water leaked on bathroom floor, soaking wet, needed towels to stop water spreading.
There was a sewage smell coming from the shower drainage…No aircirculation in apartement. Opening windows exposed us to the streetnoises…
Really very dissappointed. The great points of this appartment were wiped out by the negative points.

Very nice property, people are amazing except the people who service the rooms. When we arrived we received keys that didn’t work so we asked 2 different people who were cleaning rooms and they both ignored me when I ask them a question about the keys. Other than that the check in person was so nice and efficient and the restaurant personnel go above and beyond to make your stay amazing

This apart-hotel has a well equipped rooms, all looks new and clean. A well served menu breakfast. The main mall in amstelveen a 6min walk and the tram and parking like 3min walk. The best the young and helpful staff. Thanks a lot to all of them

The staff here are very welcoming and very helpful. The laundry room came in handy. I was able to get my laundry done before flying home.
The breakfast at the hotel did not disappoint. It was delicious. The staff at the restaurant were helpful as well.
Now, the carpet in the hallways is terrible and outdated. The rooms definitely need some updates. The ottoman in my room had cigarette burns. One of the lamps.wouldn't turn on. The shower was great. The pillows on the bed were so small.
It was convenient and had features that made my last night ok before I flew home like a fridge and a place to sleep.

Tried to change my reservation but wasn't allowed. I booked for three nights but could only stay two. I wanted to use the third night the next week but they wouldn't allow me to change. The hotel wasn't full. They could easily have made the change.
