Hampton by Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

Safe quiet location. Had to take a bus for dining and shopping Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Clean. However there was not enough staff to manage the business at the desk or dining room

It was an easy stay at the hotel, close to the airport and easy check in process

Great location next to the train stop.

Hotel surrounded at the front by canal with wildlife and fishes Close to a main road however when windows are closed you cannot hear the traffic. Five minute walk from train and bus station this walk is very pleasant. The whole of the surroundings is clean and tidy. I could not find a play area for children however there is a gym on the first floor. Building work going on across the road however this has no impact on the property breakfast was adequate similar to your Premier Inn however a lack of choice for evening meals and the same choice each night and then by the end of the week, some of the items crossed off so evening meals need improving there is a restaurant pub across the road. Menu is not great no convenient local shops no convenient local restaurants but overall the hotel very clean and the staff very very helpful and pleasant.

The people in this facility are what makes it great. It is very close to train station.

Nice buffet

Ive stayed ar Hampton Inns for 30 years. This is one of the best. Their breakfast was the best of any Hampton, anywhere in the world. Tte Inn is close to the train and schipol airport.

Definitely mixed evaluation. Lots of pros and would probably stay again but some negative things to consider. First the positives: a) great location for getting to the airport (5 minute walk to the Hoofddorp train platform and 1 stop from the airport. Trains also go straight into Central Amsterdam and great connections to Keukenhof tulip gardens and surrounding towns such a Delft, Leiden, Haarlem. b) great breakfast buffet with eggs, cheeses, meats, fruit, yogurts, excellent croissants and rolls.c) beds were vey comfortable and made up on nice, wonderfully clean sheets. Fluffy nice-size and thickness to bath towels. Problem we had while there. a) the common areas, halls, stairs, elevators, and carpets could use a thorough cleaning. b) we had loss of internet and electricity while we were there. It may have just been bad luck. The staff was appropriately concerned and worked very hard to restore both ) although the room was essentially clean, especially the beds, the bathroom floor had someone else's hair on the floor c) there is nothing around the hotel so finding a meal near-by is impossible. At 9 pm we found out the hotel offers a dinner menu!!! We should have been informed at check-in. Overall a good experience with comfy beds, great breakfast, great location for commutes. The staff was very busy with check-ins at all times of the day and night but they worked very hard to serve our every request. They took good care of us! We would stay here again.

We stayed there for 4 days. The location is ok since it’s walking distance to train station. However, food is not ok. Same breakfast everyday. Hope they make changes in breakfast food everyday.

Convenient

Great place to stay off the beaten path yet close to transportation routes to quickly get elsewhere.

Kenny at breakfast was great. Breakfast itself was great. Five minutes from the train station and 3 stops from Amsterdam Centraal. Spacious rooms. Clean.

Fantastic stay. Kenny at breakfast was great and the breakfast itself was plentiful. Five minutes from the train station and 10 from the airport—super convenient. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. The room was a little warm and the temp wouldn’t go down but overall it was great. Would LOVE to return.

really convenient hotel for short stays, easy transport available to Amsterdam city. Good breakfast buffet included, 15 minutes to the airport.

Hotel was great, rooms were clean, area was a bit noisy but didn’t bother too much. One thing I didn’t seem to enjoy was the AC wasn’t as strong and couldn’t cool the room down quick. Had to open a window to help cool down the room during the day. But over all I enjoyed my stay. Good hotel for a place to sleep at at a decent price.

The staff especially Tine is very helpful.
