It's a digital access only hotel, but no one was available to contact before arrival or during. Except when fire alarms were going off for around half an hour, someone responded on WhatsApp. Fire alarms kept going off because of a room next door. There were also engineers coming in each morning to check detectors and replace them.. was not contacted about this prior to arrival or during. Cleaning wasn't great, the cleaners don't replace towels or bedding, they just refold them up and mop.
I would not stay here again. A shame because the location is great. But if you are going to be a digital access hotel with no staff present, you had better get the logistics and routines spot on.

The location was definitely a plus — very close to the train, which made getting around convenient. However, the property itself felt a bit outdated and could use some updating. The stairs were also a bit inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Overall, the proximity to transportation was great, but the accommodations didn’t quite meet my expectations.

We had very comfortable sleep. Everything was clean. The bathroom was marbled floored and was very easy to slip and thought it was ver dangerous. No complimentries for the bathroom and basics for the room. We found except for the cleaning staff that everything was remote and not on site. More of a room rental rather than a hotel.
