Excellent hotel, in a fantastic location for exploring Utrecht. We found it to be very family friendly with games to play in the reception areas and we really enjoyed the tables canalside outside for eating/drinking. We felt safe, looked after and the hotel visually very cool. The breakfast options were 10/10 we will miss it! The evening restaurant food was fab with options for all tastes. Travelling as an Autism family we found the hotel to be super welcoming and inclusive.

This is a hip, charming hotel on a canal bank in Utrecht. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. The in-room bathroom is very tiny, but it was still well-appointed. We opted for the hotel breakfast, which was an excellent decision. The food was delicious. The lavazza espresso machines did not disappoint. The pastries were fresh. There was even a self-serve Bloody Mary station and cheesecake on the weekend. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we are in Utrecht.

Very clean, new modern hotel with great location to Utrecht old town. Air conditioning was appreciated greatly during heat wave. Loud techno music playing in lobby all day was not inviting to have a drink or to hang out downstairs.

Great location and close to the train station. TV didn’t work, but we were moved to another which also had a better view. The only other problem has was on check out when a meeting room fee had been added to our, which we had not booked or used. This was then deducted from the bill.

Hotel room was clean with modern amenities. My only significant complaint - there was no real desk, just a small table, and the "chair" associated with it was a small cushion with no back. It was not the most comfortable for doing computer work. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice - good water pressure in the shower, and the shower head was tall enough for me (I am 6'2").

Last time we appeared to be above the kitchens with associated for slamming. This time we were further away and it was very peaceful.
The room was very well laid out and comfortable.
Lots of interesting things going on in and around the hotel.
Parking can be problematic but we arrive late and leave early, so not a problem for us.

The mattresses were comfortable but very light weight. Even with the heat turned off, the room was still too warm for my sleeping comfort.

It was difficult to regulate the temperature of the room such that it was too hot.
With a room on the first floor above the kitchens, there was a lot of load noises that made it difficult to get to sleep.
