Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of variety. Very close to public transit bus stop making it easy to get into the city and to the airport.

Free shuttle from the airport, which is good. You do need to pay for the return. However, a voucher can be earned if you don’t have your room serviced, which can be used for this. The rooms are a good size but dated. The bathroom is very dimly lit, but clean. Buffet breakfast is okay. There’s no restaurant menu for dinners, just a buffet again. I did not try this. Overall this hotel is unremarkable but comfortable enough for a few nights stay.

The spa and pool were closed with no reason of why. I was not informed of this important information before my arrival as I chose this hotel for this amenity. My bed light was broken, not enough towels for 2 people, no pen and paper, no coffee in the room but there was herbal tea. The elevator to bring my luggage from the lobby level to the driveway broke while I was in it!

I booked this property specifically because they had a pool go figure it was under construction during my stay. They should really put a note regarding that. I booked us 2 1/2 months in advance so I’m pretty sure they knew when it was gonna be done. Construction doesn’t happen overnight so heads up would’ve been nice. Also, the mattresses are hard as a rock not very comfortable, but other than that everything is OK

The hotel itself is very well-maintained, albeit the building being very very old. However, the main issue is the location of the hotel, which is in the middle of nowhere, not close to the airport where you could access public transportation services, nor close to any city (especially far from Amsterdam) where you could access any transportation services. All in all, great hotel but in a very inconvenient location.

Staff was great. Location was great. Friendliness and practicality were great. I was not happy with the fact that the sauna and pool were closed during our stay. When i booked there were no postings notes or other indications as to the fact that the pool and sauna. Those amenities played a big role in me booking this hotel. It was a great dissapointment and i felt kinda cheated. On top the hotel staff did not offer sone type of credit or reimbursement for the fact that i paid for amenities i never got to use at no fault of mine.

Uberto works in the dining room for the breakfast buffet. We engaged in a conversation and I found him to be remarkably attentive and kind. His service as I enjoyed a lavish breakfast was nothing short of stellar. This man is a phenomenal asset to this property. Please tell him that Dennis is very thankful for his fine service.

An excellent airport hotel that has a shuttle service from the airport . You don’t pay a fee from the airport to the hotel but to get back grom the hotel you pay a 6 Euro fee per person. We stayed at this hotel for a very reasonable price and commuted to Amsterdam from the airport since it is easily accesible.
The breakfast for 11 euros was all that could be offered .
