TRIBE Amsterdam City

The hotel was a modern state of hotel services. The staff was really helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to all travellers!

Stayed in Tibes before always found the great however we were in Amsterdam for 4 nights and 2 of those days rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon as we were out at 8;30 and usually returned around 3-4pm for a sit down before we went out again around 6 for the evening When i questioned having rooms cleaned so late was advised people checking out everyday my view is staffing levels should reflect t this quick turnaround and priortise those already in the hotel .Transport links in the area and the city are 2nd to none with metro and buses 5 mins walk from the hotel Train station also had a small food area serving a variety of food all great as little else in the immediate area

Decent hotel very close to Noord station. The room was pretty small, but facilities were good, including the coffee machine. Would have been nice to have pods replenished. The entrance to the hotel with black decor felt a bit opppressive. But overall a comfortable stay.

The receptionists there were unbelievable bad,, not helpful at all,, it was very strange how unprofessional they were,, although the hotel is nice & the rooms are really good but I will never recommend it

Really enjoyed my stay. It was clean and very cozy. I also love how easy it was to get to the closest metro station. Only 1 min walk! Thanks you Tribe team for making my stay very comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay! Hotel was wonderful and the breakfast was great. There was not much around the hotel but it was very easy to take the Metro to City Centre. Two stops to Central Station and three stops to Dam Square. Only complaint was that the beds were very squeaky and not the most comfortable. Would stay there again.

The surrounding area is not very attractive. It's close to the train station so commute to the city center is quick. But there is not much around the hotel. There aren't any coffee shops, restaurants etc. The area feels kind of abandoned. The hotel is nice and rooms are decent. Had I known what was in the surrounding area I would probably stay in the city as a first timer to Amsterdam.

Literally a stones throw from Noord Metro - perfect for getting into town in approximately 7mins. Totally worth the savings made by staying outside central area. Staff friendly and the decor is new fresh and funky. Bar not too expensive and a multi food entertainment area (Area 27 or something such) had all food options and a place to drink. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at the Tribe hotel. Would highly recommend it. Perfect location for exploring the city and hotel was lovely.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is actually situated at Noord just outside of Amsterdam. The hotel was contemporary clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was in excellent condition with modern rooms and bathrooms. One criticism would be the sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable. As a family of 3 we shared our room and the sofa bed was not suitable for a 16 year old to sleep in comfort. The area of Nord has good facilities for eating, in particular in the station at Noord which has a food hall (market 27) which has a wide variety of offerings such as chinese, bakery and dutch food etc available. Nord to Amsterdam Central Station is a vey easy journey. Its approximately 2 stops on the Metro, about 20mins. Cost on the Metro is approx 3 euros for a single journey or 9 euros for a day ticket. We purchased a 3 day pass for 21 euros each, which gave easy unlimited access around Amsterdam on Metro and Trams. Noord itself is a little run down, but its quiet as is the hotel.

The property was very close to the station Noord with amazing connections to the city. There were nice food options near the property and the interior was lovely.

Very clean, extremely close (2 mins walk) to quick, frequent service Metro (M52 Noord, only 2 quick stops to Centraal). Excellent breakfast. Market 27 at Metro Noord good.

I had high expectations for this place but was disappointed. On arrival, I entered my room which wasn’t properly clean (someone’s gals eyelashes were lying on the coffee counter behind the mug!!). Service was slow at the bar & restaurant, with staff not really bothering or seeming to care. The second day I returned to my room at 5pm which hadn’t been cleaned. I pressed the ‘please clean me button’ and 2 people showed up 10 mins later. I asked if I could have 2 minutes to put on my shoes to leave to let them clean and they said No!! As I was the ‘last room’. Definitely won’t be back. Such a shame, as the building has such great potential.

Excellent location and the rooms were perfect. Very modern and large for Europe. We had to change rooms though because the first one smelled like mould. They were accommodating though. The second room was fine. The breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. More than continental. Beware they is a room tax. It was higher than expected. But other than that this is a great hotel and not too far from the main attractions.

My room was pretty and well designed. Very comfortable and the train was up the block. Hotel Location was two stops from Central Station. The bathroom toiletries smelled amazing. The continental breakfast was pretty basic. Nothing special. I appreciated complementary water bottles and tea selection in room.

Excellent location next to metro lines and a bus terminal. Metro to Centraal Station only takes 5-10 minutes. Hotel is very clean and modern, with the beds being extremely comfy! Would definitely this hotel for anyone staying in Amsterdam.

Great location. Main attractions were easily accessible but just far enough removed from center to have a little retreat from it all at the end of the day.
