Quick stay great communication cleanliness and beds

Clean stay close to downtown Rotorua with everything we needed to rest and relax and use as a base for our other activities. Staff was great.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was great. Downstairs we had a kitchette, dinner room table, sitting area and bathroom. The bedroom was upstairs. We had a private patio with a hot tub and the parking was right outside your door. Check in and check out was simple enough. Would definitely stay here again!

A great set up, suitable for a large group.

Nice and quiet

Expensive stay, that wasn't worth it. It's quite old fashioned and just feels tired, ie shower curtain in bathroom. The security is a worry with a very old ranch slider lever lock on the front door. But the back door to the spa pool ( more on that further down) doesn't lock. The area is brick walls but the roof is the plastic corrugated sheet. So it would be easy for someone to break in. I slept with my keys and electronics. The spa pool is actually not a spa pool, a wee bit of false advertising. It's actually a big round bath with two normal taps on it with no jets. Overall very expensive for a ok stay. Won't be back

Hot tub is really good. Love it.

There’s a laundry room which was very helpful. Bring coins for the machine. Properly is close to many local businesses. If visiting this town for the first time, know it’s a sulfur smelling town.

Very clean, great service. Love the laundry, cheap facility, soap powder provided $4 per load for wash and big dryer. Kid loved the private jet spa bath. Loved it

Cute property, spacey and provide everything

Great location. Easy 2 min drive into the main food district. Great accommodation. Large comfortable bed. Heaters very effective. Main negative was the shower head. A very old mixer head that came out of the wall about chin height. Unfortunately the water pressure was so weak I had to wash my hair in the basin- not something you want in a hotel with lots of sweaty hikes and spas around it. Apart from this, we would stay again due to the room size and location

The staff were awesome to deal with and very helpful made the stay so easy and enjoyable

It was great, very helpful staff, one even took me to supermarket. Cleaninness was outstanding. Would highly recommend ❤️

The room was perfect size for my family of 6.
