Terrible condition and definitely not a 4 star. The building is in a terrible state of disrepair and had a musty smell in our room and a leaking shower, resulting in a wet carpet patch. Sraff would have known about this surely.We cancelled our second night.
And to top it off the lift broke down trapping a poor lady in it for an hour! Very stressful situation for her which we felt was not handled very sympathetically.

The restaurant and bar area were comfortable food was awsum. The negative the coffee cups in our room were very small you couldnt fit your finger in handle to hold cup and thete was only 2 cups we had 3 people

Very convenient. Clean and comfortable. Best water pressure I've ever experienced in a hotel shower but it is quite dated throughout. The full buffet breakfast wasn't worth the price at all. Overall, we only stayed for one night and it was satisfactory.
