The hotel were beautiful. Even though the location little bit far from town, but the hotel provide free shuttle which is really good. Hotel staff were really friendly and thoughtful. Definitely will coming back to this hotel if I'm back in Queenstown.

Clean and comfortable rooms, however hardly any hot water lukewarm at best. Staff were attentive, would have been practical to know before booking that we couldn’t use the adjacent swimming pool at the Hilton without incurring an additional cost.

We enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree. It’s not walkable to Queenstown but that didn’t bother us. It’s a beautiful area.

Great place to stay. Water taxi an easy and fun way to head to Queenstown. We enjoyed the location, close to the Queenstown golf course and not far from the airport.

Room is Generous size and lovely shower only bathroom. However room was noisy and bright light shines through curtains 24/7. You can slide a door across the bedroom section to elimate light however room becomes extremely warm and stuffy making sleeping a bit difficult. I was in a room facing the gravel carpark might not have the same issues with lake facing room. Staff are lovely.
