Lovely staff, big rooms with everything you need. Nice and clean.

I booked this hotel for the 1 night we were in Hamilton due to my son loving swimming. The pool was not heated so was freezing cold in the middle of winter and the “spa” was a tiny barrel shaped jacuzzi that fit only 3 people at max if that, and was definately not hot enough. The whole pool area was not sheltered from the weather anywhere and all the rooms windows looked straight out into the pool area it was creepy with people watching us in the spa. We were on the ground floor of the “tower” easily accessible and handy however with 4 floors above us there was a constant sound of flowing water most of the night, so much so it was keeping all of us awake! Sounded like people above us were using the shower all bloody night long! I didn’t get to sleep till after 2am and that was only because I used earplugs! Seriously the staff need to stay in that room and see what I mean! The tv - where do I start - it was tiny TVs are so cheap now seriously invest in a decent sized one! And seriously every single sports channel available but not a single movie channel! We aren’t sports people! Would’ve been nice to be able to watch a movie! No movies on tv 1 2 & 3 on a Friday of a long weekend was sooo painful! Upgrade your Sky account please! Sports channels are more expensive than the movie channels. Hotels need every option available. Not even any additional prepay movie options available. Plus side was location also a downside though due to road noise all night but close all.

Very noisy bathroom fan which only switched off at 10pm and came on again at 6am. When fan was off, could hear water/ plumbing all night while trying to sleep. All in all- very sleepless nights

The staff are wonderful and the room and facilities are excellent. Is definitely stay here again.

Not the flashist motel, bit dated but was really convenient, had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable

This is an older property but the bedroom had been renovated with new carpet, bedding, curtains etc - however the bathroom was original. Clean, quality towels and linen. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Easy parking and central location. Quite a bit of traffic noise but still had a good sleep.

Noisy … we got a Motel room right next to the road. Noise all night. Pictures are deceiving. This is a Motel. .
