This property was in a great location. Very friendly staff and our room was clean and comfortable.

A great place to stay

Everything was wonderful except the bathroom smelled of the sewer, which was really gross.

The property was in a great location, perfect as a base to explore Auckland without being in too busy an area. Check in was easy and staff were friendly, and there were decent amenities. The bathroom was huge! Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay!

Pleasantly surprised with this relatively nondescript-looking hotel. Location was great, with just a 10-15 min easy walk to bars & restaurants in the Viaduct area. Room was exactly as pictured on the website - nice and spacious, with views out across the city (we were on the 11th floor)...although the exterior of the windows could do with a clean, they were filthy. Room was light and the sun warmed the room nicely, plus the air con did a great job of cooling it down. The writing desk seemed a little pointless & I feel it could be replaced with nicer seating instead. Good storage cupboard for keeping luggage out of the way. Bathroom was nice and spacious and the shower was lovely - could do with a towel rail in the bathroom though...the small rack over the toilet wasn't right for keeping towels on once used. Bed was incredibly comfortable & nice to have a choice of down pillow or a regular pillow. The room was very quiet - couldn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms & barely any street noise (we were on 11th floor though).

Nice rooms, convenient central location but not much other service as it’s a very small boutique hotel. Still worth the price.

Room is nice

Excellent choice! Located in Britomart - a very convenient area. 10 min walk to Queen St and ferry terminal. Galway St is about a 5 min walk away, and has a great collection of restaurants (my favorite was “kingii”). The owner Link bus (which takes you all over the city (including the Wynyard Quarter, K Road Ponsonby) has a stop just steps from the hotel entrance. Front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and well-appointed.

The hotel is clean and well located: easy to walk all around the Auckland Central area. We were going on a cruise and stayed here for a couple of days before and it was easy to walk to the wharf for ship boarding. We had a delayed bag, and the staff were wonderful in helping us to try to track it and in making arrangements for the delivery when it finally arrived. Connie and Ruby were especially kind and helpful at the desk.

Front desk was extremely helpful and went out their way for us.
