We had a very comfortable stay at Mercure Resort Queenstown. It has jacuzzi, pool, sauna gym and what not. Located at a convenient location.

Everything was amazing, the views, the service, the room, the general set up and pool area was nice too. We really our stay. Maybe there was a damp musty smell as you opened the door but that went away immediately once inside. Hard to know if it was carpet around the door entrance but no bother once inside room. The resort went the extra mile to help me see clients in a meeting room which i appreciated and all the management and staff were helpful and friendly.

Loved the facilities, especially the gym and pool. It’s a shame the gym doesn’t open until 7am, an earlier work out time would be better so that you can continue with your day.

We stayed there for 3 nights however room were not getting cleaned, even they would not pick up the used the towel and it stayed there for entire 4 days.

This property was OK for the stay. It is a Little dated inside and out. It is a way out of town but we knew this during the booking. People who do not choose to walk would find this an issue.
The bar food was adequate and the staff were friendly always.
There was a shortage of staff that made wait times longer for food etc.

Loved the resort, the pool, the bar & restaurant. Great views, quiet, and overall good value for money (for Queenstown!)
I guess only thing I'd say is the minifridge was so small and full of minibar items that we couldn't fit our own things...

The accomodation was good, nice breakfast and lake view from the room. The only inconvenient was parking. Had to park the car outside in the street.
