Friendly, helpful staff on reception. Good central location. Clean.

It’s was ok. You can tell they have done some renovations. No metal train for oven, missing cushions from lounge. No access to balcony.

Great harbour view

Great apartment for an inner city family holiday. Spacious and close to town. We left car parked and walked everywhere. Only downside was the very hard and uncomfortable bed.

The hotel situated right in the central city. Many restaurants, cafes and shops in the walk distance. Apartment with 2 bedrooms and kitchen is big enough for 4 of us. No AC only heater. Noisy in the morning (around 4am) because the rubbish truck coming to collect the rubbish from the restaurants/bars behind the hotel. Overall: It's a good stay for 1 night. That what you get for the price and in the central city

We stayed two nights last week, Front desk staff Smith and the lady staff (I did not get the name) very help ful and friendly. Overall, we had nice time at the room.

This hotel could have been so much better with simple improvements. Get rid of the glaring white lights everywhere - need some/an ambient lighting option. Better quality pillow - simple. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable.

Noisy fridge that froze the contents. Bed had roll together. Clean enough, spacious and central to city.

Staff are young trainees and very lovely - I felt sorry for them. Our room: Single Glazed and very noisy from street below, especially when the homeless hangout down the street at the DayNight convenience shop at night. Room was dated and scruffy, needs refurbishing. Dirty occasional chairs, filthy dining chairs! Dirty carpet. Shower was out of control and impossible to shower with out water going all over the floor. Bathroom sink was good but was scared the faucet would come loose. Bedroom TV did not work, no maintenance over the weekend. Not all power outlets worked, NO AIR CON! They brought us up a couple of fans. GOOD PARTs: 2 things: All staff we met were very lovely and did their best to keep guests happy. They are this hotel's biggest asset! There was a large earthquake in the middle of the night and neither of us felt it! Pretty good since I used to live here and even a small shake usually has me holding my breath!

Speedy check in. Friendly staff. Lovely clean and spacious room.

I've stayed here about 5-6 times over the last ten yrs and it's definitely looking tired. But location is so handy

Had a heater blowup on first night and trigger fire alarms. Had to be moved to another room. Otherwise place is ok for few nights. Doesnt have inhouse parking which is a pain and have to use street parking or wilson parking.

Right in the city. Parking limited. GPS could not find the hotel.

A shower cap & a box of tissues would be nice to have in the bathroom
