Outstanding - I could not rate higher. Fantastic location with waterfront view, spacious and with full kitchen WITH THE TYPES OF UTENSILS YOU WOULD HAVE IN YOUR OWN KITCHEN - not just the "tick box" commonly found.
Unit was clean, and instructions on check-in and processes clear and straightforward.
This is not the first time I've gone to Paihia - and the accommodation here was head-and-shoulders better then anything I've had before.

We loved our stay here so much!! Place is in excellent condition and hosts are great with communication. The breakfast included is incredibly thoughtful and was very handy for us. Place is great and clean, with a gorgeous view out the back. Tidy facilities; with supplies such as cooking utensils bathroom all provided thoughtfully. We would most definitely come back! Thank you so much Sarah :)
