The Quest was great, clean, convenient, comfy bed, good shower. Good check in, would recommend booking a park. The refrigerator was noisy so we turned it off over night

I liked the staff and their professionalism. They were very helpful and assisting.even the house keeping staff were friendly and helpful.i did not like having the same sheets on my bed for 7 days .. housekeeping usually change everything if they do housekeeping everyday

Overall, was a great stay, I had no issues, was a littlw dissapointed about the parking availablity and having to park at the wilson car park accross the road. I couldn't sleep thinking that someone might steal it lol thats why I give it 4 stars. If you dont have a car, its perfect.

I was in need of somewhere to stay in the local Henderson area, that was convenient, safe, warm and provided a good night's sleep and I found this gem!
The amazing Quest Henderson staff made me feel right at home from the duty managers at the front desk, Thalia, Russell and Carol, to the handyman Tyler who maintained the building and it's facilities and the hard working room service staff Julie, Lalita and Samjhana. I also had the opportunity to meet and chat to Nick the hotel managing director. I mentioned to Nick that he had incredible staff that made this hotel studio apartments a home away from home.
I appreciated all your kindness, care, compassion, love and genuine helpfulness. You made my stay a memorable one. And I would highly recommend this hotel studio apartments to any of my family and friends. Keep up the amazing work. I appreciate you all.

The studio apartment I was in had everything I needed, i.e. fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron, washing machine and dryer. However, the exceptional customer service from all the staff from Thalia, Carol and Russell at the front desk and also the friendly, respectful and helpful cleaning staff like Lalita and Samjhana made my stay memorable. Great central Henderson location. We arrived late but after hours check in was easy.
Nice and comfy, and quiet. Loved that we had a kitchenette and there was also ac waging machine and dryer in the bathroom.
