Great location so close to cafes and restaurants but also a quiet and attractive area alongside the tree lined Avon river .....very easy location to enjoy a city break...immaculately clean, and staff very friendly.....excellent

Very easy check in despite being out of hours. Lovely clean room with comfortable bed. Had all the facilities that were needed for a lovely stay. As this was our last hotel after a few weeks away, it allowed us to get our washing done, going home with clean clothes was an added bonus.

It’s hard to find fault, it’s modern and equipped with everything you’d want/expect. As someone staying in Christchurch as part of a longer trip across NZ the washer/dryer was well used and laundry powder was supplied & restocked!
Also has a reasonably well equipped kitchen if you want to cook from scratch. Or if you want to reheat the microwave is there.
The location is perfect, a short walk to the botanic gardens one way. The city centre and food market is just across the street and there are plenty of good cafes around too if you’re craving breakfast (Therapy & Westejd Stories).

This is an amazing hotel and perfectly located to explore Christchurch. The apartment was fitted with cooking and laundry facilities, and was spacious enough for us.

We liked almost everything about this property. It was an easy stroll to the city centre. Nice couch, comfortable bed, spacious washroom with washer and dryer. My only recommendation is to replace the dining chairs as we found the back rests quite uncomfortable. Having said that we would definitely stay there again.

Such a convenient location and comfortable as well. Good to be able to do washing while on the trip and reduce costs with cooking. Parking on sure is limited but there are options just out the front to pay parking. Free from 6pm to 9am. Walking distance to a host of restaurants and bars. Close to parks and the Uni. Great stay.

Very large comfortable one bedroom with couch and kitchen. It had everything we needed. Comfortable bed too. The location was perfect for walking to the park or going to a museum or restaurant.
